We asked Dalhousie University and the University of New Brunswick. Dr. Luigi Benedicenti is a full professor and dean in the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of New Brunswick. Benedicenti received his Laurea in Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Genoa, Italy. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in Saskatchewan and a licensed Italian Engineer. His collaborative network extends beyond Saskatchewan with TRLabs and IEEE, and Canada through collaborative work with colleagues in Europe, South East Asia, and North America.Andrew Rau-Chaplin is a Professor of Computer Science and director of the Risk Analytics Lab at Dalhousie University, Canada. He received a M.C.S. and Ph.D. from Carleton University in Ottawa in 1990 and 1993, respectively. From 1993 to 1994 he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at DIMACS - a National Science Foundation center run by Princeton University, Rutgers, and AT&T Bell labs.
