Whew! This one felt like some work to record for me. Execuse the cut 32:35 minute mark, there were some interruptions that needed to be handled. We spoke about Kap's name being removed from a track on Madden, LeBron building a school and the impact, Trump sounding like a crunchy cheeto, some kids in Anderson, SC will not know what homerworkless snow day is anymore, and a little more.
We were joined by two great people who happen to be fitness trainers Chalise Hammie, Chris' wife,(@darksportsandathletics) and Justin Morrison (@Jaymo704) for a deep dive into their world of fitness training.
