Football expert Johnny Moore broke down the last weekend of English football action before the international break set in on the Flow FM Sports Hour earlier this week, providing his reaction to the extraordinary outburst of Aleksandar Mitrović at Old Trafford among other incidents.Moore was at odds to explain the rationale of the fiery Serbian striker who was given his marching orders for manhandling the official during Fulham's FA Cup tie against Manchester United.Moore also told Flow that the title was now officially Arsenal's to lose after the Gunners' easy win against Crystal Palace placed them eight points ahead of Manchester City on the table. While discussing the Arsenal result, Moore was also sympathetic towards Palace manager Patrick Vieira who was fired for a poor run of results despite sitting mid table.
“Don't back down, double down”. Aleksandar Mitrović appears to have been following the advice of Limmy this weekend. Was the incident even that bad? Chris Sutton thinks it was, so we probably have to disagree.Today Marcus, Vish, Jim and Pete relive a weekend in which football seemed to malfunction and the end result was glorious chaos. Vish questions whether an Arsenal-supporting AI bot has taken over Antonio Conte and we hoot with delight at the thought of Roy Hodgson returning to his Selhurst Park nest. The 2021/2022 season was a special, record-breaking campaign for Fulham, as the Whites lifted a league title for the first time in 21 years, scored 106 goals and Aleksandar Mitrović broke practically all the second tier scoring records. This is a new podcast format called The Fulhamish Annual. In this episode, we tell the story of the season via the lens of the podcast, hopefully offering a window into what fan opinion was at various points of the campaign. Narrated by Sammy, it features numerous different voices that have been on the show throughout the past year.
The season may be over, but there's plenty of Fulham news to get stuck into. Firstly we have a final word on Saturday's defeat to Sheffield United, with Peter giving us Marco's reaction to what went wrong. Afterwards, we discuss the new contracts for Neeskens Kebano and Tim Ream, and looking at how much our veteran American centre-back could feature in the Premier League. We then look at the positions Fulham will be targeting in the Premier League, before reacting to Peter's piece in The Athletic all about Aleksandar Mitrović, and the stats that demonstrate why he should be much more potent in the top flight this time around. Finally, we end with some correspondence, and sea shanties.. of course.

I dunno by grapes (c) copyright 2008 Licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution (3.0) license. https://dig.ccmixter.org/files/grapes/16626 Ft: J Lang, Morusque

I dunno by grapes (c) copyright 2008 Licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution (3.0) license. https://dig.ccmixter.org/files/grapes/16626 Ft: J Lang, Morusque
