While working as a journalist on the West Bank, Steve Sosebee met two Palestinian children who'd suffered traumatic injuries when their home had been bombed. Their innocence and injuries touched Steve's heart. He became determined to find treatment for them and through his efforts, they received free care in Akron, Ohio. Returning to the Middle East, he was determined to help more of Palestine's children and others throughout the region get the care they so desperately needed. With that, the Palestine Children's Relief Fund was born. Politics was pushed to the side in favor of humanitarianism and love. For the past nearly 30 years, Sosebee has been steadfast in his purpose - bringing aid, compassion, and love to children who are so gravely in need. Listen as Steve Sosebee speaks with host Bill Ellis about the big challenges and even greater rewards of living a purpose based on humanity over politics.
