Craig Carton and Chris McMonigle turn a simple football discussion into a wildly entertaining Carton Show segment that only they can deliver. The guys debate which NFL team looks the most Super Bowl–ready, break down Rams, Texans, 49ers and Steelers takes, and question Ben Johnson's shaky playoff coaching decisions. Along the way, the conversation veers into legendary territory with behind-the-scenes stories about NFL facilities, media treatment, and the infamous Giants omelet station that somehow becomes a measuring stick for organizational competence. From Falcons slander and Jets misery to catering strategy, media riots, and Yankees offseason wish lists, this segment is peak Carton Show: sports, sarcasm, tangents, and nonstop laughs.

In this sixth installment of A Better Country, Pastor Rafy Panlilio teaches from Matthew 6:9–10 and Colossians 3:12–17 what it truly means to live a life that is “made in heaven.”When God is King, His will is done — not only in heaven, but in the everyday areas of our lives. This message explores how a heavenly mindset should shape three major spheres:A Church Made in Heaven — marked by compassion, kindness, humility, patience, forgiveness, and a deep love for God's Word.A Home Made in Heaven — where husbands, wives, parents, and children relate to one another according to God's design and with Christlike attitudes.A Work Made in Heaven — where believers honor God through integrity, diligence, and excellence in whatever role they hold.Pastor Rafy reminds us that heaven's culture is reflected in the way we treat one another, make decisions, obey God, and fulfill our responsibilities. When God's Word fills our hearts and His will becomes our priority, our lives reflect the kingdom we belong to.Be encouraged to live a life shaped by heaven — in your church, in your family, and in your work.
Many car enthusiasts have fantasised about a lightweight car with a motorcycle engine swap. After all, what's not to like about a high-revving, lightweight engine that produces great power and sounds incredible, right?Reed Stormzand from the YouTube channel Reed Make Car tells us that while the combo can be awesome, it definitely hasn't been all plain sailing.
The one where Kev gets back from Gainesville. And Randy sticks the boot in. Repeatedly! We also have a very important hard drive update from the Cardinal in which he lets us know whether he's been able to salvage all those fart noise sound effects he's been working on for the past couple of decades. Also, Randy recommends documentaries, but only one's he's never seen! We'd sure appreciate it if someone could watch the Boys 2 Men documentary and get back to us with the Coles' notes! After all this foolishness, we sit down and listen to another rehash of old material from the last Queen album; "Made in Heaven".If Kev were to title this episode, he'd probably call it “Made in Heaven” or possibly, “Made in Heaven”...NOTE: Skip forward to 28:49 if wanna get straight into the manifestations and wheel spin. The music at the end of the episode "No Good (For You)" by Captain Spreadsheet and the Abacus Rattlers from Mars. Forsangarin, Freddie Mercury, var deyður trý ár frammanundan. Sagt verður, at hann skundaði sær at syngja løg inn, tá hann kendi á sær, at kreftirnar vóru um at ganga undan. Millum annað tað tilfari er við á hesari heiðurs-Temaplátu, sum 4. november '25 var tríati ár. Tíðarritið Q helt hesa fimtandu Queen útgávuna, Made In Heaven, vera betri enn tað fjúrtandu frá februar 1991, Innuendo, ið var ætlað at koma út upp undir jól í 1990, men tá var Freddie Mercury somikið sjúkur, at tað dróg út. Hinvegin helt Q ikki, at hon hevur øll tey serligu Queen eyðkennini við. Hetta ljóðar sum ein andsøgn, men undranin minkar, tá ein sær, at flestu aðrir miðlar vóru positivir. In this episode of Derms and Conditions, host James Q. Del Rosso, DO, welcomes David Osborne, PhD, a formulation expert behind several dermatologic topicals, to explore what drives topical performance, using dapsone and roflumilast as case studies. They begin by challenging long-held vehicle dogma rooted in mid-20th-century corticosteroid training: the idea that ointments always outperform creams or lotions. They note that with newer solubilizers, stabilizers, and vehicles, those rules don't consistently hold for products approved in the modern era. They next revisit propylene glycol (PG) as a classic double-edged tool: its ability to dissolve more drug helped create “super-potent” corticosteroid lotions, yet higher PG levels can irritate skin, induce contact allergy, and compromise barrier function. However, they clarify that small amounts may serve as a humectant and offer antimicrobial benefits. They then discuss topical roflumilast's development to illustrate modern formulation problem-solving: the roflumilast molecule is difficult to dissolve in water and tends to precipitate when water is present. The formulation approach minimized supersaturation (allowing a small solid fraction), leveraged a high purity grade of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether (DEGEE), known under the commercial name Transcutol, to hold the active ingredient drug (roflumilast) in solution in the presence of water, and delivered a highly moisturizing, propylene glycol-free and ethanol-free cream. Use of a unique emulsification approach ensured physical stability even at elevated temperatures while avoiding lipid extraction and additional barrier damage. For topical dapsone, Osborne incorporated pharmaceutical-grade Transcutol (free of ethylene-glycol contaminants) to partition the drug, slow release, and reduce systemic exposure. He emphasizes “topical product metamorphosis”: as water evaporates on skin, the local Transcutol concentration rises, dissolving residual crystals and enhancing delivery, the opposite of older vehicles that left behind residual visible crystals and under-delivered active. They close by looking ahead towards preservative minimalism, microbiome-aware vehicles, and designing drugs intrinsically optimized for cutaneous delivery so the base can remain as inert as possible. Tune in to the full episode to hear the formulation backstories behind roflumilast and dapsone, why PG can both enhance delivery and damage skin barrier integrity and function, how Transcutol and robust emulsifiers can solve solubility and stability hurdles, and pearls you can use tomorrow when selecting vehicles and counseling on tolerability.
