In this episode, Noor shares the moment the world told her she was too early for manifestation. Then too late. And why she said f*ck that to both. In 2017, Noor was pitching to press about manifestation and getting the same answer everywhere: you're too early, nobody gets it yet. Fast forward to her third book, You Are a F*cking Success, published with Penguin — a publisher she'd had on her vision board since that same year. The dream had come true. Except Penguin didn't get her a single piece of press. Not one podcast, article, or radio show. The reason? Manifestation is done. Everyone's bored of it. First too early. Now too late. The book still came in at number 11, missing the Sunday Times list by just 300 book sales. Noor knows exactly what one piece of press can do — with her first book, an interview on BBC Radio London led to Steve Wright pulling his car over on the way home to get her on his show. Millions of listeners. The book shot up the charts overnight. One piece of press was all it took. Noor often says she'll be talking about manifestation on a Zimmer frame with her teeth out if she has to, because she's just getting started. The Three Pillars Noor breaks manifestation down like building a dream house — an analogy close to her heart, because building her own dream home is one of her greatest manifestations. Vision Architecture — Most people hand the universe a child's drawing and wonder why nothing comes back. Vision architecture means getting specific about what you want, why you want it, and whether it's what your soul actually wants — not just what your ego thinks will make you look good. Identity Infrastructure — The subconscious mind runs 95% of everything you do. You can have the most beautiful blueprint in the world, but without the right foundations, the house cannot stand. You have to have the capacity to hold what you're calling in. Action — The universe helps, but you're the one laying the bricks. An acorn is blueprinted to become an oak tree. But without sun, soil, and water, it stays an acorn. Humans need vision, identity, and action in the same way. Without all three, potential stays potential. You are never too early or too late to change your life. Follow your purpose, use the process, and keep going anyway.

"Thank you very much..." Ask Elvis was one of the most popular features on one of the most popular radio shows - Steve Wright in the Afternoon on BBC Radio 2. Running from about 2005-14, a mystery voice brought back the omniscient Elvis to solve listeners' ailments, questions on quantum physics, advanced cookery, language issues... It was Encyclopaedia Brittanica meets the King. Well, mystery no longer, as comedian and musician Mitch Benn lifts the quiff and the sunglasses to reveal the true identity behind Ask Elvis, readying for an Edinburgh Fringe show (and previews across the country through June and July) called Asking Elvis, with tales, revelations and re-enactments of those halcyon days when Elvis knew all. In this extensive chat, we also look at Mitch's time on The Now Show and his involvement with The Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy. And your host Paul on his medical ups and downs - a stroke - that's delayed some of the research, but not for long.
