My Dad (Milton Magwood) & I had a chance to sit down and have a testimony talk. He opened up and shared what happened to him on June 2007 when He was involved in a Flash Fire accident, that burned him 48% of his body. I'm so thankful to God for Him and this conversation. The Lord says, where two or more are gathered He is in our mist and the Lord shown himself to be a savior. From the death of his mother to when He woke up three months later, we talked about it!

Dr. Chris Cloney discusses a recent flash fire incident that occurred during furnace blowdown activity, and the recommendations made by the BC Forest Safety Council and Manufacturing Advisory Group in British Columbia to prevent similar incidents. 

On September 28, 2022, the US Chemical Safety Board (CSB) released its final report on the 2016 flash fire incident that injured 7 workers at Sunoco Logistics Partners in Nederland, TX. In today's episode, Rob and John provide context related to the hot work activities that were taking place at the time of the incident, go through the CSB's findings and recommendations, and then provide their thoughts on the hazards related to hot work and the use of contractors.
