After 8 years of being, and staying on a ketogenic diet, I speculate as to the benefits of keto seen through the eyes of one's personal deficiency. In other words, are the benefits of being on a ketogenic diet greatest for those who were most deprive of, or deficient in, ketones in general. It is a great question to ask and explore. It values metabolic transition that 'going keto ' implies but also values ones addition deficiencies as additional benefits one can add to their transition to achieve a more complete increase in their health.
