It's being argued a new analysis of healthcare data points to decades of underinvestment in healthcare in the midwest. The Friends of Ennis Hospital group has completed a comparative analysis of Ireland's major Model 4 hospitals using HSE workforce, activity and capacity data. Among the findings are that University Hospital Limerick has had the highest emergency department attendances, emergency admissions and admissions per acute bed and per consultant so far this year. Friends of Ennis Hospital spokesperson Angela Coll says staff at the region's main hospital are under undue pressure due to the inadequate allocation of resources.

Click to Send us a text!Burnout isn't the moment you finally feel exhausted. It's the slow leak that starts while you're still “fine” and it usually begins midseason, not after the final race. We're talking about the version of burnout that hides behind caffeine, adrenaline, and a packed travel schedule until reaction time drops, focus gets cloudy, and recovery stops working the way it used to.We break burnout down into a practical model built for motorsports professionals: deficiencies and toxicities. Deficiencies can be nutritional (magnesium, B vitamins, omega-3s, vitamin D3, antioxidants) and behavioral (sleep debt, poor recovery, low sunlight, weak nervous system regulation). Toxicities can be uniquely motorsports-heavy, including exhaust and shop chemical exposure, chronic inflammation, blood sugar instability, overtraining without recovery, and the slow cost of living in fight-or-flight. When those stressors pile up, you don't just feel tired, you accumulate physiological debt that steals performance. The fix isn't a one-size-fits-all routine. It's measurement and personalization. I share how functional lab testing can reveal what's actually driving fatigue and why tools like HRV tracking, continuous glucose monitoring, infrared sauna, and PEMF can help you stay ahead of the crash. If you want a season with better energy, sharper focus, and real resilience, hit play, then subscribe, share this with your team, and leave a quick review so more drivers and crew members can build a stronger finish. Sharpen your Champion's Edge with the exact 7-Day Dr. Cabral Detox protocol we use at Victory Lane Wellness to support liver detoxification, metabolic reset, nutrient replenishment, energy, recovery, and long-game health. Richins Trial Analysis: Defense Arguments and Evidentiary Deficiencies

The defense strategy in the Kouri Richins trial targets two primary vulnerabilities: witness credibility and physical evidence gaps. Their argument for reasonable doubt is methodical and substantial.Carmen Lauber's credibility faces systematic challenge. She admitted testing positive for methamphetamine during the precise time frame she claims she conducted fentanyl transactions—late January through early March 2022. She acknowledged her memory was impaired, telling investigators it was "messed up" and "foggy," and that she had "fried her brain" through decades of drug use. Her testimony evolved: initial statements referenced three pre-death drug purchases; later accounts became four. Critically, fentanyl entered her narrative only after investigators informed her of Eric Richins' cause of death. Her supplier, Robert Crozier, has submitted a sworn affidavit recanting his original statement, now claiming he provided only oxycontin—never fentanyl—and that cognitive impairment during detox affected his initial interview. If the alleged source of the murder weapon denies providing the murder weapon, the prosecution's foundational theory faces serious challenge.Interrogation methodology raises additional concerns. Video evidence showed investigators telling Lauber that avoiding prison required providing "the details that ensure Kouri gets convicted of murder." Statements like "this whole case depends on you" and instructions to "finish painting the picture" suggest potential witness coaching rather than neutral information gathering.Physical evidence deficiencies compound credibility issues. Nineteen items tested for fentanyl—all negative. The hydrocodone bottle on the victim's nightstand remains untested. The alleged delivery mechanism—Moscow mule glasses—was destroyed through dishwasher processing before collection. The toxicologist's finding of acetylfentanyl—a marker exclusive to illicit manufacture—potentially supports defense theories of self-ingestion rather than poisoning.Interview recordings are missing. The boyfriend's phones were returned and re-collected multiple times. Evidence collection occurred years post-mortem. The cumulative effect raises substantial reasonable doubt questions.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? In this in-depth and highly practical episode, we explore how understanding your unique biology, labs, and lifestyle can completely change your health trajectory. In this powerful conversation on The Art of Living Well Podcast®, hosts Marnie Dachis Marmet and Stephanie May Potter welcome back Dr. Stephen Cabral for a third time. Dr. Cabral dives deep into the principles of Personomics, root-cause healing, and why testing — not guessing — is essential for long-term health and longevity. Together, they walk through real lab results on air, explain what common imbalances actually mean, and break down why most people normalize symptoms that are early warning signs from the body. From gut health and mold exposure to neurotransmitters, stress, genetics, and aging, this episode offers clarity, reassurance, and a clear roadmap for healing. _______________________________________ What You'll Learn in This Episode: ● What Personomics is and how it differs from traditional medicine ● The difference between chronological age and biological age ● How to identify the early signs your body is out of balance ● Why most people feel "fine" but are actually compensating ● The power of functional medicine lab testing vs. guessing ● What gut, vitamin, and neurotransmitter labs can reveal ● How stress, mold, and lifestyle impact energy and resilience ● Why supplements alone don't heal — and when they do matter ● How to personalize protocols without overdoing it ● How to build a sustainable, boring routine that supports longevity _______________________________________ Noteworthy Quotes from the Episode: ● "All symptoms trace back to deficiencies or toxicities." – Dr. Stephen Cabral ● "You don't heal by adding more — you heal by removing what doesn't belong." – Dr. Stephen Cabral ● "Your genetics are real, but they are not your destiny." – Dr. Stephen Cabral ● "You never truly know what's going on until you test." – Dr. Stephen Cabral ● "Most people think they're fine because they've normalized their symptoms." – Dr. Stephen Cabral ● "There's a system to healing — it's not guesswork." – Dr. Stephen Cabral _______________________________________ Episode Breakdown with Timestamps: 00:00 - Trailer & Intro 02:15 - Why feeling "okay" is not the same as being healthy 06:00 - Deficiencies vs toxicities and why supplements fail 10:55 - The Rain Barrel Effect and stress accumulation 16:00 - Why genetics does not control your health 21:30 - The flaw in one-size-fits-all medicine 26:40 - Early body signals before chronic disease 31:00 - Why lab testing beats guessing 41:30 - Stress, dopamine, and burnout in high performers 52:30 - Longevity, anti-aging, and health after 40 _______________________________________ Wellness Resources for Everyday Health: This is the exact functional lab test discussed on the show. Discover the five science-backed reasons you're always tired and what to do about it. From adrenal dysfunction and chronic inflammation to nutritional deficiencies, sunlight exposure, and hormone decline—learn how to identify your fatigue triggers and restore your energy naturally with actionable lab work, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplementation. FEATURED PRODUCT Zen, featuring bovine adrenal gland extracts, is designed to support adrenal function and help regulate cortisol levels—the key hormone controlling your stress response, sleep quality, and daily energy. If you're always tired despite getting enough sleep, Zen provides the targeted adrenal support your body needs to restore balanced cortisol production and reclaim the calm, sustained energy you've been missing. Get zen here: https://mswnutrition.com/products/zen 5 KEY TAKEAWAYS Adrenal dysfunction is the primary cause of chronic fatigue - When stress overactivates your adrenal glands for years, cortisol production becomes imbalanced, disrupting sleep and draining energy even after a full night's rest. Chronic inflammation creates debilitating tiredness - Conditions like insulin resistance, autoimmune disorders, liver issues, and chronic pain keep your body in a constant state of metabolic stress that depletes energy reserves. Nutritional deficiencies directly impact energy production - Deficiencies in B vitamins (especially B6, B9, and B12), choline, and vitamin D impair neurotransmitter production and cellular energy, with genetic factors like MTHFR compounding the problem. Morning sunlight is non-negotiable for energy regulation - Just 10-15 minutes of morning sun exposure produces 10,000 IU of vitamin D, increases serotonin and cortisol naturally, and sets your circadian rhythm for better sleep and daytime energy. Hormone decline accelerates fatigue after age 40 - Low testosterone in men and declining estrogen in women contribute significantly to persistent tiredness, but addressing adrenal health should always come before hormone replacement. JOIN THE SCHOOL Recovering from adrenal fatigue requires more than just breathing exercises and supplements—your diet plays a crucial role in cortisol regulation and energy stability. That's why we're launching a 6-week "No Grains. No Sugar." class starting Thursday, January 15th. Eliminating grains and sugar helps stabilize blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and take stress off your adrenal glands—giving them the space they need to recover. Beyond the structured classes, the School of Doza community connects you with others working through their own health transformations. Share what's working (and what's not), get accountability for your 90-day adrenal reset, and have your questions answered during our Wednesday "Ask Me Anything" sessions that function like group consults. Whether you need help interpreting your DHEAS results, troubleshooting your HRV tracking, or figuring out why you're still crashing at 2 PM, the community and weekly sessions give you direct access to guidance and support. Start with a FREE TRIAL and join us for the "No Grains. No Sugar." class to accelerate your adrenal recovery.

After 8 years of being, and staying  on a ketogenic diet, I speculate as to the benefits of keto seen through the eyes of one's personal deficiency. In other words, are the benefits of being on a ketogenic diet greatest for those who were most deprive of, or deficient in, ketones in general. It is a great question to ask and explore. It values metabolic transition that 'going keto ' implies but also values ones addition deficiencies as additional benefits one can add to their transition to achieve a more complete increase in their health.

Join us for this conversation with Matthew Coffman, where we dive into the powerful insights offered by Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and how it compares to standard serum testing. He explains the critical role minerals play in energy, detoxification, mental health, and chronic illness, touching on topics like electrolyte powders, vegetarian diets, sodium-potassium imbalances, and heavy metal toxicity. The conversation also covers oxidation types, the impact of alcohol and infections like parasites and SIBO on mineral levels, and the importance of tailored supplementation. Matthew also shares his personal healing journey, insights on children's mineral needs, and thoughts on fulvic/humic acids.Matthew Coffman is not your conventional health guru or biohacking enthusiast; his path into the world of integrative health was paved by personal adversity. In 2018, his health took a nosedive, catapulting him into a realm where conventional medicine fell short. This crisis became his catalyst, transforming him into a recognized authority in mineral nutritional balancing and an advanced practitioner of Kambo therapy.Matthew's work extends beyond the individual; he is part-owner of Valence Nutraceuticals, a pioneering supplement brand that marries the visionary insights of Dr. Hans Napier with the foundational work of Dr. Paul Eck. Together, they're not just tweaking, but rather revolutionizing the approach to mineral balancing, offering tailored solutions for optimal health in the modern age.As the host of the Integrative Thoughts Podcast, he bridges the gap between the esoteric and the empirical, sharing transformative knowledge with a global audience eager for alternatives to the one-size-fits-all medical model. His podcast is not just about healing; it's about empowerment, providing listeners with the tools to navigate their own health journeys.SHOW NOTES:0:42 Welcome to the podcast2:33 Matthew Coffman's Bio3:19 Welcome him to the show!3:52 HTMA vs Serum testing7:54 The importance of minerals10:37 Electrolyte powders12:40 How to supplement per test results15:38 Vegetarian diets & minerals deficiencies16:52 Calcium & Copper 20:08 High excretion rates & Heavy Metals24:55 Oligoscan Testing32:03 Fast vs Slow Oxidation39:34 *Align Mat*44:49 Detoxing alcohol42:39 Heavy metals, Parasites, Yeast & SIBO46:38 The war on Zinc50:23 Matt's healing journey54:33 Fulvic & Humid acids56:31 Mood & mental health59:21 Minerals in kids1:06:31 Where to find him1:08:35 Paraxanthine & Coffee1:10:36 His final piece of advice1:12:28 Thank for tuning in!RESOURCES:www.integrativethoughts.comIG: @integrativemattValence NutraceuticalsAlign Mat - Discount code: BIOHACKERBABES to save $250Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/biohacker-babes-podcast/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands
