This time out, we're discussing a very sad song with two completely different versions that span over 30 years apart."Oh where oh where can my baby be?" sounds FAR different coming from J Frank Wilson than it does Eddie Vedder and Pearl Jam. Both versions reached high positions on the charts when they were released and both are remembered for different reasons.Join us as Dave from the Beer In Front Podcast sits down to talk through the battle with us. As always we share what we like about the original and what we like about the cover. Many points everywhere and in between are discussed too. It's Season 7 Episode 4 of your baby's favorite music podcast: infectious Groove Podcast.

Welcome, listeners, to the first ever episode of ETS with a guest! Russ from The Infectious Groove Podcast has been a wonderful friend to the show, and he was a treat to have on. He helped Garret conjure up a real spooky tale. Natalie was afraid of the dark. But, something else was scaring her. Something was off about that mirror she bought... Going forward, the guest episodes will continue much like the regular episodes, so while the trends may be outdated, they are still fun to write about :) IF you are interested in guesting, hit us up with a DM or an email, and we'll be glad to have you on! This week I dust off an old app I got for my iPhone that records audio - Recorder HQ app. This app is available for your smartphone to record audio and save it to the cloud drive of your choice. Not only does it record audio, but it allows you to choose the file type. For example if you know .mp3 is what you need to upload for a podcast, you can record it as a .mp3. Or if you wanna do some serious audio editing on the recording you can save it as a .wav file. Then you tell the app which cloud drive you prefer to save it to. Like Google Drive for example. Then you can easily pull up the audio to have it on your computer to edit for your podcast. Then I'm joined by Russ from The Infectious Groove Podcast. As a music podcast we chat all about music, podcasting, and musical guests he's had on his amazing podcast. Russ is the lead host of the podcast along with him is Kyle and Michelle. All together they host a fantastic podcast you have to go check out if you love music. "They love music. You love music. Let's talk about it. From current events, crazy show stories, what we're currently listening to and anything else that is on our minds—there may even be a special guest on to answer all of your burning questions. The only way to know is to tune in weekly and find out." - The Infectious Groove Podcast The Kris and Kristine Show podtasticaudio@gmail.com

For March, we explore what I like to call the richer side of deep house. I offer deep sub-bass lows complemented by warm spacey highs, lush synth sweeps, sensual vocal hooks, and a prog-influenced resolution. Progressive house has been entering my consciousness these last few months in various manifestations. These last few years, I admittedly thought "prog" was a dirty word, but as of late I've been finding music that holds on to the melodic beauty of prog, injects deep house grooves, yet still maneuvers away from the cheese the genre has been branded...all of which I think you'll hear in the 2nd half of this mix. If you like what you hear, repost it to your friends and feel free to follow me on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/atishmusic Also, if you're in the Pacific Northwest, here are some upcoming gigs I'll be playing: March 29 - Seattle - Electric Tea Garden March 30 - Vancouver - Beaumont Studios March 31 - Victoria, BC - Temple Events Tracklist: 01.
