While thumbing my nose at the upcoming Hurricane Irma (and as you can see from this update, I brushed off that storm no problem...or is this an update from Ghost Snugglesworth? Wooooooo....), Stickguy is back to discuss another round of Anime. While jeering at the past with Kado: The Right Answer, we look toward the horizon with more optimistic entries like Made in Abyss. And of course there's some games to discuss as well, including the rising popularity of Yakuza in the West and its future incarnations.

Famous for destroying hands and friendships, our first look at Mario Party was made infinitely better by actually getting together and playing it. Featuring... adjectiveless minigames and actually amusingly themed boards, this game steps in to fill the niche of people who want to hang out and play video games, but nothing too serious, right? For the low price of 50 coins, Boo's got your download. Show Notes (00:45) For people who can not see through their ears, Kevin was wearing this hat and this shirt. (02:45) A rundown of what Kevin's been watching. Boko no Hero Academia, a show one reviewer claimed was "the future of shonen" KADO: The Right Answer, described as "a good TV show" Love Tyrant, which is "complete and utter trash; but you'll love it for it" Berserk, whose "CGI....hurts a bit" Attack on Titan. Just watch that intro if you haven't yet. Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor, which apparently has a bad first episode, so just stick with it, guys The Royal Tutor, a well-crafted comedy Alice & Zoroku, tagged as "Old Man Gets Thrown into Magical Girl Genre". Frankly, I want to watch that one Eromanga Sensei: exactly what it sounds like Tsugumomo Sakura Quest, a delightful looking show about a bunch of women have a quarter life crisis and transitioning into tourism Clockwork Planet, a "clockpunk fantasy" KADO: The Right Answer, which I'm describing as Big O with an alien and fewer robots Hinako Note, a "moeblob slice of life" Kenka Bancho Otome -Girl Beats Boys-, basically Mulan Tsukigakirei, subtitled "as the moon, so beautiful". Looks like a decent slice of life romance WorldEnd: What do you do at the end of the world? Are you busy? Will you save us?, winner of the most ridiculous title award (04:00) The most exciting library adventures available! (09:30) I'm not cutting this; open source anime time! (11:30) Royal Tutor's theme. (12:15) Dead Cells! Also NeverDead, since Zach mentioned it. (30:00) Zach's playing Dark Souls 3. We died of shock. (33:15) Aw, rats. (43:00) Poor Toes. (48:00) Tyler's finally playing Persona 3. We died of shock again. (58:30) Not sure if it's the right scene, but having your future daughter throw a smoke bomb works fine. (1:04:00) Our Let's Play of Mario Party 2 was mildly entertaining. (1:14:00) Will this game be the party star?! Next time on Last Time, Enduro Racer! Not quite excited for bikes? It's been a busy 2017 for both Stickguy and me, but that doesn't mean we still can't enjoy the best mainstream anime currently running like Attack on Titan, as well as a few lesser-known but smarter titles like Kado: The Right Answer. Stickguy also shares his thoughts on NieR Automata (30 hours in...he's still at the "tutorial") while we begin with just the prologue to our E3 hype (more on that in the next episode).
In today's ridiculously titled episode, Marc starts off talking about something you should know about dollar movie theaters, that is, at least according to reddit. After that, Marc jumps back into the pool of spring anime with previews of SukaSuka (WorldEnd: What do you do at the end of the world? Are you busy? Will you save us?) and Seikaisuru Kado (KADO: The Right Answer), before ending with a preview of the Early Access brawler aptly titled, Brawlout. Anyway, cheers and enjoy the anime-zing(ly bad) show.
