A Tasman tourism operator is "cautiously optimistic" for the winter period, counting on its loyal customers to help keep things ticking along.
Sentenced to be A Hero war zwar etwas formelhaft, dafür sehr gut aussehend.

We are joined by Kyle Buckett, a retired US Navy SEAL and a leadership expert. Kyle spent over 20 years in the US Navy and led the advanced training for both junior and seasoned Navy SEALs. Kyle is the Cofounder of "Culture Force" and is the co-author of the incredible book, "Leadership is Overrated: How the Navy SEALs Create Self-Leading Teams that win"? During our "CSI Chat" with Kyle, we talk about: Kyle talks about the process of going through "Hell Week", one of the most difficult elements of the famous US Navy SEAL's training program, during the "Winter Season". Surviving "Hell Week" with water temperatures approaching "freezing" requires a level of "mental strength" which is off the charts. Chapter 1 in Kyle's book is entitled "Kill the leader...". Kyle explains how every organization needs to be able to survive without the leader and how to build a team that can sustain this drastic change. Kyle outlines how to build a culture within an organization that can produce at a high level. Kyle outlines the importance of "decentralization", how leaders conduct themselves and the need for "rituals". I hope everyone enjoys our Chat with Kyle!
We're still in winter — even if part of us is itching to rush ahead. In this episode of The Spiritual Cupcake, Candace explores the quiet, in-between season where spring hasn't arrived yet, but the urge to speed up is strong. Instead of pushing forward, she reflects on what it looks like to resist the rush and choose stillness — even when it feels uncomfortable.Through small, intentional practices like turning off her phone, sitting in silence during drives, and creating space without distraction, Candace shares how stillness has become an unexpected doorway. A doorway into emotions long suppressed — rage, sadness, guilt, shame — and into the courage it takes to feel them, listen to them, and let them move through the body without carrying them forward. This episode is an invitation to honor the hibernation season, to trust that not everything needs to bloom right now, and to remember that when we allow ourselves to feel and release what's been held for years, spring arrives more vibrant, more honest, and more alive.

It's the start of a new year, and that means resolutions and recommitments to personal health and wellness. Undoubtedly, there were thousands of wearable devices purchased as presents over the holidays and many more in the post-holiday sale madness. Supplement commercials and social media ads are going strong as we start this new year. But, are these things actually necessary for health? Today, we kick off our Winter Season of Creating a New Healthcare with a deep dive into the wellness industrial complex. Jess Greenwood, Producer of the podcast, joins Host, Dr. Zeev Neuwirth to dissect what we've heard from the experts interviewed on the show as well as our own personal experiences. We debate the role of wearables in behavior change, the influence of the wellness industrial complex, where supplements fit into a healthy diet, and what the companies that make these products really want and need from their users. If you've been a bit skeptical if that Oura ring can help you achieve max readiness or even if you're convinced those Magnesium supplements will be the game changer this year, this conversation is for you.

2025 has been an odd year from a weather stand point for us anyway. The early summer was pretty amazing with far more rainfall than typical with more mild temperatures as well. Everything was super green even at the end of June. I knew the other shoe would drop and by July it did. The rain said, good bye see you in October and kept it’s word. The heat jacked up into daily trips well into the triple digits and the new chickens all but wrecked my main garden. So much for my theory that fat lazy Jersey Giants would … Continue reading →

It's intentional, meaningful, and part of God's perfect design for your life. Lean in, rest, abide, and trust that He's preparing you for future fruit and future harvest.
