In today's Episode we have a Rockwell Table and Stage legend, Natalie Lander. I had the pleasure to watch Natalie in many Rockwell shows like UMPO (Unauthorized Musical Parody Of) Home Alone and UMPO Bridesmaids. Natalie and I had a blast talking about astrology, what this generation's new faith is, who the funniest person from Rockwell is, and her future Hanukkah Romcom that she cowrote with Mike Zara. Also, we get into some deep topics such as death and the grieving process and the importance of processing those feelings. So now, sit back, relax(maybe you're driving to see the family so don't relax too much), and enjoy the latest episode of The Y the F Not Podcast. If you want to check out what Natalie is up to and stay up to date for her future show dates check out the link below https://linktr.ee/Natalie_Lander The Y the F Not Podcast was created and produced by Steven Brogan Cortez https://linktr.ee/Steven_brogan_cortez Way Home by Tokyo Music Walker | https://soundcloud.com/user-356546060 Music promoted by https://www.chosic.com/free-music/all/ Creative Commons CC BY 3.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/ythefnot/support

The ABC Movie of the Week for the week of October 30, 1974, DEATH CRUISE delivers exactly what that title promises: death, several times over, happening specifically on a cruise ship. The film stars patron saint of this podcast, Kate Jackson, alongside Richard Long, Tom Bosley and Polly Bergen, and on hand to discuss it is actress Natalie Lander — a delight in her own right but also the granddaughter of one of the actors playing these unlucky cruisegoers. Natalie Lander’s dad played Squiggy on Laverne and Shirley. Her mom is an actor and photographer. Most of her other relatives are in the arts and entertainment world. Natalie talks about the business, singing as Kevin in Home Alone musical, playing a cheerleader on The Middle, and - of course - playing Zoe Grant on Adventures in Odyssey.
Natalie Lander comes from more than a long and charmingly complicated line of theatrical talent; she comes from a long line of love for that family, and you can feel it with every word she says about them. Her family is, in her words, “an interesting melting pot of performers and industry people. My mom married my dad, an actor,...

NATALIE LANDER ("The Middle") is this week's guest on The Stamie and Tracy Show! She's an incredibly talented actress, voice over artist, and singer, who was born and raised in LA. Oh, and she's also my (favorite) cousin!! Natalie plays Debbie, a condescendingly sweet head cheerleader on ABC's 'The Middle' (new episode this week!), was a contestant on 'Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for Ell Woods" on MTV, is the voice of a ton of video game characters, and has the best boyfriend ever. (What's up, Jared?!) In this hilarious episode, we discuss her affinity to cats — both real, and Hello Kitty! — what it's like to move-in with a significant other, what it was like growing up in a "Hollywood" family (her dad is Squiggy!!), and how she fills her down time. Enjoy the show!
