In Today's episode, Otaku Nate, Eric Berg and Bronxkuma all sit down for some coffee and hearty side of beautifully-drawn baked goods as they look at the 2017 Adaptation of Natsume Ono's ACCA 13-Territory Inspections Department, or ACCA 13 for short. This show may not have flashy action or over-the-top animation, but it does have plenty of intrigue and world-building, but for the guys, it was thoroughly entertaining, and they'll tell you why! Going out is hard now, not just because it is relatively anxiety inducing, but because the masks fog up my glasses and the bandanas keep falling off, so it's a lose-lose-lose proposition no matter what. My only release is running, which is a different kind of lose. This episode we're talking about Natsume Ono's Ristorante Paradiso and Inio Asano's Downfall, both published by Viz. It's also more spoiler-y than usual, so heads up. The song you heard in the episode were "Marigold" by orange pekoe and "Suteki na Kajitsu" by Lisa Komine from the Ristorante Paradiso anime. As always, you can find me on Twitter @ImpassionateK, and my co-hosts Helen (@WanderinDreamr) and Apryll (@manjiorin) on Twitter at those places in the parenthesis. You can find both of their writing at The Organization of Anti-Social Geniuses, more of Helen's writing at Narrative Investigations, and my writing at the Fandom Post. Listen Show notes: 0:39 - We talk about Ristorante Paradiso! 9:05 - We talk about Downfall! 15:57 - Downfall spoilers. Next time is Cross Manage and Blue Flag! The KAITO episode.

I'm not watching any anime this season. I'm not watching anything that's airing on TV (except South Park). The time I have for recreation has become limited, and so the amount of what I can watch has become more select by necessity. I don't have the time to watch an entire season of Luke Cage on Netflix, or the four hour-long DC shows airing weekly on the CW, much less the dozens of new anime that came out this season. These days, after exhausting myself from long hours of work on little sleep, I'd rather listen to podcasts or curl up in bed with a good manga to read. Does that mean that I'll never get back into TV and anime? Not necessarily. I'm interested in checking out some of those things. Basically, I'll get around to it...someday. Luckily, you're not here to see us talk about TV or anime, but manga! And this week, the Manga Mavericks have A LOT to discuss. Not talking about news for a month will do that to us! So, as you can imagine, this episode is extra long as your titular mavericks, Colton and Sid, will be joined by some special guests and go over all the new manga licenses Kodansha and Viz announced at Comic Con, Takashi Miike directing a series of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable live-action films, MediBang's exciting new manga contest in collaboration with Weekly Shonen Magazine, among a plethora of other news! Plus, I dish the dirt on my New York Comic Con experience and meeting Yusei Matsui, and we have a lengthy and thorough discussion on Shueshia's new Dragon Ball-focused department, Dragon Ball Room! Do we think it's a good or bad sign for the franchise? Is Trunks' hair pink? Cause...it's blue in Super. It's super confusing. Super is finally being simulcast on Crunchyroll starting this Saturday, btw. Which I think is just super. It also makes our discussion on Dragon Ball Room super timely! Get it? Because the show is called...oh, just listen to the damn episode. Trust me, it's super. Because a house certainly cannot have four, or six leaves. That just wouldn't do. What’s this?! A podcast releasing on schedule?! Why yes… yes it is! The OSMcast_!_ once again returns faithfully to your audio-listening side as we discuss Natsume Ono’s House of Five Leaves, with the manga being released by Viz Media and the anime being streamed online by FUNimation. Joining us for this not so action packed episode is the voice actor extraordinaire that is Micah Solusod, and Charlie from PodcastSuperFriends™ the Chainsaw Buffet podcast. It’s 41+ minutes of podcast fun! OSMnotes House of Five Leaves is a thing that should be read! Or watched! So we expect that you all will be getting to that immediately. If you are already a smart, lovely, and amazing person that already knew about the wonders of House of Five Leaves, then would you like to try an awesome visual novel-styled game that isn’t porn? Perhaps a murder mystery? Might we suggest you take a look over at sakevisual? While you folks are working on that, we’ll be heading out to super hot and also steamy Baltimore, Maryland this weekend for an exciting adventure at Otakon. It will be exciting! And adventrous! And at some point I’m sure we’ll be telling you all about it. In podcast form.
