Hello everyone, we have met the 1,000 downloads all-time goal. I want to say thank you and also to say that for the live-stream I might do the Q and A but if I don't I'll still live-stream something which will take place next month. But, today I talk about the 1958 movie called "The Blob" starring Steve McQueen in his first leading role who has to warn the townspeople with his girlfriend about a monstrous blob that creeps and devours its victims. But no one believes our hero's tale of a human-eating monster until it's too late. But never the monster is later stopped because of its hate for freezing cold temperatures which I mean they could have sent it to Minnesota in the Wintertime or Canada. Lol, but if you can get pasted the cheesiness of the movie and the incredible cringe song called Beware of the Blob then I'm sure you can survive anything. Support the show and hope you enjoy My social media links:Instagram:Steven Gervais (@steveng123456) • Instagram photos and videosTikTok:Steven Gervais (@sgandfriendspodcast) | TikTokFacebook group: Steven Gervais and Friends Podcast | FacebookYouTube Channel: Steven Gervais and Friends Podcast - YouTubeDeluxe Edition Network website: The Deluxe Edition NetworkGoodpods:Profile (goodpods.com)my website: Steven Gervais and Friend's Podcast (www.stevengervaisandfriendspodcast.com)Copper Johns beard: https://lddy.no/1gh13use SGANDFRIENDSPODCAST12 at check out for a 10 % discount on your purchase https://www.buzzsprout.com/1983118/support
This week's Nose wants you to stop runnin' away like some fool of a moody school child. Could it be that the market for highbrow movies is drying up? Some of the numbers ain't great. The Vecna isn't the only horrifying thing that you see this season. Shedding the skin of the fun, breezy Stranger Things that we started with a few years ago, this season is going down darker roads. We have to sit with these characters through more adult situations as they try to navigate these with kid solutions. And it is starting to seem that Hopper is likely evolving into a Steven McQueen-esque superhero. Maybe. Submit your thoughts for our wrap-up episode at strangerthings@bladmove.com. Hey there!

In this edition of the Movie Mumble Podcast, the boys settle in to watch a high-octane feature, one that features a tough as nails San Francisco cop in the Steven McQueen classic; Bullitt.
This classic horror starring STEVEN McQueen had us singing for at least a week. We were very impressed with the quality of the visual effects and enjoyed how lazy they were when they named characters. The Blob left us questioning if whoever cast this actually knew what a teenager looked like, but all in all this one was a hoot-and-a-holler! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Steven McQueen was known as a great action star, but he also sometimes had a reputation for being troublesome on the set. Don Nunley worked with him as a prop man on Le Mans, a pet project of McQueen’s set around the 24-hour endurance auto race in France. This book is an homage to the film, which despite being a box-office disappointment, is widely regarded as one of the most beloved auto racing films of all time. Steve McQueen: Le Mans in the Rearview Mirror (Dalton Watson Fine Books, 2017) also contains many details and photographs from Nunley’s long career in Hollywood. Learn more about your ad choices.
