In today's podcast, we're thrilled to introduce Wayne Heili, who serves as the Managing Director and CEO of Peninsula Energy. For those who follow TMTM closely, you may recall that we discussed Peninsula Energy (ASX: PEN.ASX) in our OrderPad episode back in May 2023, specifically on the 19th, when its share price was trading at 15 cents. As we bring you this episode, the share price has seen a growth, now trading around $0.18. Given that Peninsula Energy is all set to become the next significant uranium producer in the United States, we can't wait to explore more about the company with Wayne. Before we proceed, here's a glimpse into Wayne's background. Affectionately referring to himself as a 'uranium tragic', Wayne has dedicated over 35 years of his professional life to the uranium mining industry. He brought his expertise to Peninsula Energy after a notable stint as President and CEO of Ur-Energy, Inc. During his tenure there, he masterfully oversaw the design, build, and ramp-up of the Lost Creek in-situ uranium project in Wyoming, USA.This episode we dive deeper into the journey of Peninsula Energy under Wayne's dynamic leadership.Follow Talk Money To Me on Instagram, or send Candice and Felicity an email with all your thoughts here. As 2022 draws to a close, Ms Sinclair, Helen and Edison were reflecting on their year in film and looking back on the many movies we featured on Talk Movie To Me. We've talked about films featuring djinns, badass female warriors, bros-to-boyfriends, and Batman! And with the theatres opening their doors again, this year was a triumphant return to that magical place we all love, the cinema. But with so many movies to discuss, there were some that stood five feet from TMTM stardom and didn't get a chance to be a main feature in an episode. For this month's Patreon exclusive episode, Ms Sinclair, Helen and Edison each pick 5 of these films that haven't been yet covered on the podcast and that deserve a little love.
Grab an extra large popcorn because this episode we are bringing you a Double Feature! First up, TMTM battles blue-skinned water-breathing superhumans and swears our eternal allegiance to Queen Angela Bassett in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. But can the much anticipated sequel carry the weight of expectations on its shoulders? Then we grab some pints and settle in to a cozy pub on a remote Irish island and watch the local drama unfold in The Banshees of Inisherin. But can the TMTM friendships survive the fight? Better listen to find out!
They say blondes have more fun. Marilyn Monroe was the ultimate blonde, so surely she had the most fun, right? Right?! In this week's episode, your TMTM hosts watch the new film “Blonde” and see if that old adage holds true. Then, for Our Week In Entertainment, we watch films featuring other American Idols.
With the season finale, our speakers will help us highlight and understand previous historical moments in finance so that we can recognize the ways it has been mirrored in our pandemic situation.
In the second half, we discuss the relation between retirement and nursing homes, as well as how our desired retirement lifestyle affects the timeline for how we get there.
Retirement: It's the thing we all dream about. It gets brought up all the time, and it seems like there's so many paths to get there. Join us in part one of our discussion as we learn about the origins, ins, and outs. =)
As we revisit the topic of life insurance, we're now seeing the ways in which it has evolved from being a "death only" tool for someone else; it now provides you benefits even while you are alive.
In part two of our discussion, we get deeper into how we allow our options to not just be whimsical, but to be calculative and beneficial from a financial standpoint.
They say that successful people build towards a better tomorrow rather than thinking about today; let's take that idea and learn about futures and options.
You heard it said: there's strength in numbers. However, with your finances it can be cost-effective to keep things for me, myself, and I when applying it to a Solo 401k.
In the second half, we talk about why the US dollar continues to maintain its popularity, and whether or not it's possible for it to get dethroned as the de facto standard currency in the world.
The same dollar that can buy a McDonald's drink in the US can also buy you a meal in various parts of Asia; learn about how money find its value in comparison to other types of currency.
Noticing how things seem to keep getting more expensive? While nobody wants to pay more if they don't have to, sometimes it can be a good thing; you just need to keep it in balance.
As we enter the second half of our roundtable episode, take a listen to the ways that each person's life continues to be shaped and changed as finances become a bigger part of their lives.

When word got out about this new project that we are going to talk about & that this project’s star, Ms. Caroline Williams, was going to be returning to the DJ booth in this role as “Amy Marlowe” in this soon to classic movie “Ten Minuted To Midnight” Social Media & Horror fans has a true reason to go absolutely ape shit in a good way. This role as we said is the first time since her star-making turn as “Stretch” in 1986’s “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2”to returning into the DJ Booth! In this new release “Ten Minutes to Midnight” folks will see that TMTM is a character-driven night terror that begins when a veteran punk rock DJ Amy Marlowe (Williams) has an interesting start to her final graveyard shift broadcasts. The film definitely draws inspiration from classic horror tales brought to life by Stephen King, “The Twilight Zone” and other forgotten late night horror anthology programs. Let’s welcome Caroline Williams & Director/Co-Writer Erik Bloomquist! You've learned a bit about credit, but now it's time to learn some new facets of it. Get some insight on the different types of credit that exist, and how much game you need to join in on the "credit card game".
You've heard of "extra credit" and "street cred", but what does it mean to have "credit" as an adult? How do we increase our credit, and what's the relation between "credit" and a credit card?
Did you ever think something that sounds bad could actually be good? This episode focuses on how to have "good debt", and see why you may want to owe money.
"Budgeting" is a thing you've heard of, but you don't actually get how it works and why it's important. What are good rules to follow, and how do you determine what to prioritize?
Bad news - 6 more weeks of winter. Good news - TMTM will be there for you every Wednesday. Sarah crushes Melissa right away and tells her about Susan Smith, a horrible woman from South Carolina. 2020 has left us, and 2021 has finally arrived. In this very raw and emotional episode, the ladies reflect on our first year together, the changes TMTM has gone through, and our hopes and dreams for 2021. No matter what, one thing is true....our Magic Gang is the best! Thanks for being on this ride with us. But hang on tight---the best is yet to come!
