The political fallout from the war with Iran is creating some unlikely alliances. Figures as different as Tucker Carlson, Mehdi Hasan, Megyn Kelly and Cenk Uygur are all making strikingly similar arguments: that Donald Trump campaigned against foreign wars only to lead the United States into one. Many also believe Benjamin Netanyahu's government played a decisive role in the push for military action against Iran and have come under fierce criticism for saying so. Meanwhile, fresh scrutiny is falling on Israel's treatment of Palestinian detainees. Following allegations of abuse in Israeli custody and renewed controversy surrounding National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, a growing debate is emerging over whether one of Israel's most polarising politicians is a rogue actor or a reflection of something deeper within a country hardened by decades of conflict. Piers Morgan is joined by political scientist and activist Norman Finkelstein, former Director of the National Counterterrorism Center Joe Kent, Israel's Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon, Gaza flotilla detainees Catriona Graham and Alex Colston, and former Ben-Gvir adviser Yishai Fleisher. 00:00 Introduction 02:22 Norman Finkelstein and Joe Kent debate begins 02:40 Joe Kent on Norman Finkelstein's comments and Israel's influence over the US 12:50 Norman Finkelstein on the fragmented right wing in the US 17:00 Joe Kent on Israel's influence over the US 23:00 Norman Finkelstein on Piers's deviation on Israel and Hamas 26:29 Norman Finkelstein's comments on October 7 and calling Israelis ‘Nazis' 38:30 Piers Morgan's monologue on the treatment of Gaza flotilla detainees 40:00 Catriona Graham discusses being detained ‘assaulted' by Israelis 42:45 Are Israeli forces capable of committing sexual crimes against detainees? 46:15 Yishai Fleischer and Alex Colston join 46:45 Yishai Fleischer labels the ‘abuse' narrative as ‘fraudulent' 48:54 Yishai reacts to ‘police action' against Catriona 52:14 Flotilla detainee Alex Colston responds to Yishai's comments 55:20 Yishai responds to Alex; “a wolf in sheep's clothing” 01:03:57 Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon joins 01:05:10 Danny Danon on the war with Iran 01:09:32 Danny Danon on Israel sexual abuse accusations 01:11:22 Ben Gvir posting a video abusing young female flotilla detainee Learn more about your ad choices. Biblical changes are happening in the Holy Land. Rabbi Yishai Fleisher and Rav Mike Feuer explore Parshat Bechukotai with an eye to the ingathering of the Jewish people to Israel - their eternal homeland. Welcome back to the Spiritual Cafe Series
Despite the Iran War being popular with many in Israel, some communities there staged a protest this weekend against the ceasefire in Lebanon. Israel sees its war on Hezbollah as inseparable from the Iran War - and there is every chance that Netanyahu will suffer big political consequences if Trump decrees an early end to the war that Bibi persuaded him to start. In any case, the State of Israel could be living with the consequences of Netanyahu's decisions for many years to come. Many formerly-reliable allies of Israel eventually condemned the war in Gaza and moved to recognise a Palestinian state. And now the Spanish government will formally ask the entire European Union to sever its ties with Israel over its violations of international law. Meanwhile, in the US, support for Israel is cratering - and photos of the IDF attacking icons of Jesus with a sledgehammer aren't likely to help. Joining Piers Morgan to debate the Middle East crisis is former Israeli hostage negotiator, Gershon Baskin, retired lieutenant colonel and IDF spokesman, Jonathan Conricus, international spokesperson for the Jewish Community of Hebron and advisor to the Israeli government, Yishai Fleisher and author and commentator for Haaretz, Gideon Levy. A new generation in Israel is rediscovering identity, meaning, and sovereignty — this conversation explores what comes next. This episode is in Hebrew.Recorded under missile fire in Petah Tikva, Yishai Fleisher and Moshe Feiglin explore the profound shift in Israeli consciousness since October 7th.A new generation is emerging — one no longer focused solely on survival, but driven by a deep thirst for identity, purpose, and connection to its roots. In this wide-ranging conversation, they discuss: The reimagining of Route 60 as the “Bible Road,” connecting Beersheba to the Sea of Galilee — and why this vision is gaining traction even among secular Israelis The concept of “organicity”: why Torah, the people, and the land are inseparable The Zehut vision — and why the political right has struggled to offer a compelling alternative The two pillars of a renewed national message: identity and freedom The symbolism of the yellow ribbon vs. the Temple patch — and what it reveals about the deeper struggle for Jewish consciousness “The people are searching for what it means to be Jewish. They didn't erase it — they're thirsty for it.”This is a conversation about leadership, identity, and the transition from a “ghetto mindset” to a confident, sovereign, regional vision.PODCAST INFO:Podcast website: https://yishaifleisher.com/podcastYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/YishaiFleisherTVSUPPORT & CONNECT:Buy Me a Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/yishaiFight4Israel: https://fight4israel.givecloud.coTwitter: https://twitter.com/YishaiFleisherLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/yishaifleisherFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/YishaiFleisher Support the show

With rising tensions in Israel and growing talk of an impending IRAN war, many Jews are asking if we're entering the End Times foretold by prophecy. In this powerful interview, Yishai Fleisher challenges how rabbis and Jewish influencers talk about Aliyah - arguing that pressure and fear may be pushing Jews away instead of drawing them closer. Could this moment be part of the path toward Moshiach, unfolding through small, dignified steps rather than dramatic moves? A must-listen conversation for Jews rethinking Israel, destiny, and redemption.PODCAST INFO:Podcast website: https://yishaifleisher.com/podcastYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/YishaiFleisherTVSUPPORT & CONNECT:Buy Me a Coffee: https://buymeacoffee.com/yishaiFight4Israel: https://fight4israel.givecloud.coTwitter: https://twitter.com/YishaiFleisherLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/yishaifleisherFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/YishaiFleisher Support the show
First, Yishai Fleisher speaks with Malkah Fleisher about a tweet that stirred up quite a storm among the haters of Israel. The tweet simply suggested that in a time of Mamdani, Jews might consider buying property in the Land of Israel. What's the sin in that? Then, a powerful — and deeply introspective — conversation with Yair Ansbacher, exploring how the war should really be measured: its true successes, its failures, and the big question of whether Prime Minister Netanyahu is actually good for Israel's security? Finally, Ben Bresky tells the story of the desert capital Be'er Sheva — a modern Israeli city with ancient roots and a profound prophetic past.
Yishai Fleisher, the international spokesman for the Jewish community of Hebron, praised the security forces for thwarting Palestinian terror. Regarding settler violence, Fleisher told reporter Arieh O’Sullivan that vigilante violence, while condemned, didn’t happen in a bubble and they faced Islamic jihadism. He also said that this Shabbat tens of thousands of Jewish worshippers were expected to come to Hebron for the Hayei Sara Torah portion festival. Then, Yishai fights back against the London Times' blocking the building of Jerusalem, Rabbi Yosef Blau's virtue signaling against Israel, and the Saudis' dissing Qatar but still hating on the Jewish State. Finally, Ben Bresky on the history of the establishment of Bnei Brak.
First, Yishai sits down with Michoel Weichbrod of the Homeward Bound podcast to tackle tough Zionist questions like IDF morality and Aliyah due to antisemitism.
