If any of the previous episodes is not depressing enough, well welcome to today discussion regarding the runaway cell, or commonly known as: Cancer. Lila and I tried to make this conversation as light as we possibly could and hoping we are not minimizing the seriousness of the disease. Cancer was once identified as an aging disease. But as of 2017, more younger people of 45-64 years old on the receiving end. It is sad, and this particular disease by its own character is so hard to detect, and when it does: mostly it's already there (and possibly somewhere else) for a long time. What to do? Read more and educate what we can do to prevent and how to deal. This book is quite good for that. Enjoy our discussion and do enrich yourself with people in the area of expertise. And be kind!

According to Outlive, 18 millions people has some sorts of heart disease every single year worldwide. In the US alone 2,300 of them died annually. Most interesting fact, however deadly, Heart Disease is the most preventable compared to other like Cancer or Alzheimer. Pretty interesting.  Lila and I are trying so hard to delve into this chapter as much as we can. This is a hard subject that we are seriously not the right people to discuss this chapter about Heart Disease. However, it is always good to create awareness to those people who cares, who is curious about stuffs, who has previous experience, in a more laid back settings. There are myths about cholesterol level, type of food we eat, our age, certain gender, or the way we live our lives that this book is the perfect venue to demystify those myths. Thus, here we are. At the very least: Smoking is 100% NO, maintain your blood sugar, pay attention to your blood pressure, ensure your metabolic health, don't be afraid of good fat (nuts, extra virgin olive oil, avocados), don't skip on statins and the tors, those are the absolute requirements to have better heart health. Guess what, one in seven cases of Heart Disease may be saved by doing those things mentioned above. Imagine that!  Enjoy and link in bio.

The phrases, "Sleep is for loser" or "I'll sleep when I'm dead" or "I just need an X amount of hour to sleep to function" are the terms we've heard and casually instils in our brain. However, sleep is the easiest version of getting healthy both physically and emotionally that we, as a human, can do to our body. It is no exercise, it is no psychiatrist included, it is no calories restriction in the equation. You just basically sleep, and your body will fix the things need to be fixed inside your body. As long as you set an 8-9hrs time in bed every single night. Wonder why? Tuned in to this conversation Lila and I had about Sleep and more from the Outlive book by Peter Attia. It really does not matter where your current exercise level is at, or whether you are at your 20s, 30s, 40s even 70s. What does matter is your ability to face the music that there is nothing better than exercise as it will give you the highest return to your physical (and emotional) health in the future. Well, I would never know that these two met in a band during their high school years, had it not been for this interview. Galih as the vocalist and Ditto as both vocalist and the drummer. This friendship lasts for as long as they have mostly not because they pour their hearts out to each other but more of consistently inventing some new activities throughout the years: painting Galih's parents house or helping Galih's moving here and there, to name a few. Haha. Enjoy. Link is as always in the bio.

I think I've heard more stories about friendship gets ruined because of vacationing together rather than the other way around. Eri and Rio's friendship is the proof, and of course I find it naturally interesting. Starting their adventure by running the Berlin Marathon and with the level of authenticity that they both displayed, I will not be surprised if 50 years from now they are spending much of their day in various coffee-shops all over Bintaro. In between tons of friends on one end and tons of workload at the other end, surprisingly a long-term friendship is established. Both Maya and Amma are of two different traits but both confirmed their similar likeness of: Karaoke (but of course) (Amma has a voice of an angel) (while Maya loves the mic and all sorts of Mariah Carey stuffs), and also both like observing people. And by observing, we all know what it truly means dot dot dot. Enjoy. Link is in bio.

Wonder how a person can keep birds in an apartment? Yeah, me too. To my surprise, although there are times where landlords are not allowing its tenants to have pet, some birds are allowed. They are small, most of them quiet, and are expected to sit majestically inside a cage. However, this does not always stand true. Being one of the smartest animals, not to mention the dinosaurs descendants, birds are highly social, unique and also playful. They know how to get to our heart, especially those who can actually talk. And get this, only by meeting and talking with people like Ning, I get to know some things like how in certain places in the USA, you need to take classes before being allowed to keep chickens on your backyards. Also that when the unfortunate thing happens, pets are usually cremated upon death. Not all topics are dark though, we also get to gossip about Yoshi, Ning's most high-spirited conure. How Yoshi enjoys being cuddled, likes flying around, knows how to keep its poo inside :), and taking a long shower under man-made waterfalls! Wonder how Yoshi and Linux called their parents Toddy and Kiwi? Stay tuned! @yoyotheconure @inibukandiskusi

As you might have learned, I am so ignorant about pets already (at least for the first 5 minutes you would realize that I have a hard time differentiating amphibians and reptiles. Ouch). However, my curiosity overcomes my fear to the extent that now I wanted to know more about reptiles. From tortoises to pythons, from bearded dragons to Cuvier's dwarf caiman (the smallest crocodile in the world), we would cover them all tonight in this breathtaking talk. I am glad that I get to spend the precious minutes with Troy Hambali, outstanding animal lovers, and through him my fear of reptiles started to diminish. Through our talk tonight, Troy would let us be known that caring for reptiles were really a true adrenaline challenge but then you will also be surprised on how low maintenance snakes and crocodile actually are. I mean I am just as surprised as you are! Hopefully, you will gain some depths should you feel like owning one. Troy will walk us through the details on which reptiles to start with, how to caring for them, that it is important to know how big your reptile will become and put that into your considerations before choosing poorly and not realizing that some reptiles do need bigger spaces. And the most important thing to note is that you have a good intention and definitely not a race to look cooler or looking masculine. Having one meant you are ready for something new that not only will bring you joy in life but by understanding reptiles, they will give you and I, quite a life lesson too. Hear us out tonight and hope you have a great time as I do. @troyhambalireptiles @inibukandiskusi

Parvita and her dogs everyday routines as follows. AM: Waking up, everyone down the stairs and do their number one and possibly number two at their designated spaces, Parvita cleans up after them. Taking a 30mins run with the two dogs. Second outing: walk with the third dog, being an older dude that he is. Breakfast for the four of them. Long day ahead for Parvita (house chores-working-life stuffs), while the dogs are taking their first nap of the day. PM: Lunch at 3PM, backyard-outing for all three, and then another nap. And here are some of the things that you need to be familiar with before deciding to caring for dogs or perhaps other pets: Keep their diet as healthy as possible so you won't have to worry about their old age illness and live longer healthy life. Choose the right breed that suits your energy level-your home size-even your Air Conditioner situation should you go for Siberian Husky breed (although I think everyone should also be informed that having an 'Anjing Kampung' usually also means that you will have a hardcore super healthy breed in their lifetime along with littler maintenance and you don't succumb to 'those non-responsible breeders'). Owning 'Anjing Kampung' also means fewer efforts for all their grooming needs. Perhaps Omega 3 and Glucosamine intake and used only as needed. Annual veterinarian check up along with their annual vaccines shots. Once every three months, administered flea drops to their fur. Having an 11 years old who is so crazy about having dog also meant that I need to dig deeper and oh so glad for all the new insights to owning a pet (or three) by listening to Parvita dogs' stories. We had a great time talking about dogs and I can say that I should also be thanking Sumi, Rubi and Choki for sharing your lives with us tonight! Keep being loyal and fun as dogs should and hopefully our tonight discussion is also an eye-opener for you too. Please follow Sumi Lauradewi in Instagram: @sumianjingkecil

Why would anyone have so much pets? The answers may vary, but listening to all the reasons that Ina shared with us tonight is in fact interesting. From the way those animals would love you unconditionally, looking at you lovingly, asking for no returns all the way to the way this surreal times might ease your anxiety by having one or maybe more pets. I like the way the conversation goes as it does sound like it is easy and so much fun in caring for animals to those who enjoys them. There is no tension of having that extra baggage and there is no meaningful hassle until that day where it is time to let them go. Heartbreaking but that's the way any living creatures go. One lives, another passed. A Labrador, three cats, and a couple of turtles are the joy of Ina's and her family time and time again. I used to wonder why, but maybe just maybe, this discussion tonight is another window to open my no-to-pets mind. :) @inibukandiskusi
