Kayla and Dan have been dating for ten months and even though Dan travels a lot for work, Kayla says things have been great. However, Dan is currently on a work trip in Austin and Kayla was actually sent a screenshot of a message Dan joked about hooking up with his female co-worker Trish in Austin who he used to date before Kayla. Kaya asks for our help to find out what's going on and get things in order. We call Dan pretending to work at the hotel he currently is staying at and try to offer him a free couples' massage. When we ask Dan who he wants to do the couples massage with, he asks if we can put someone named Trish also on the reservation. Find out what's really going on in this week's War Of The Roses!

Max and Matt dive deep into the emotional complexities of work trips — how they feel before, during, and after leaving their families behind. The lead-up is filled with guilt and anxiety, and while the trip itself might offer a bit of relief, there's no escaping the emotional rollercoaster of being away from the kids and the tension with partners. From the chaotic reentry period to the guilt of missing milestones, they talk through how to manage these feelings of guilt while balancing their roles as dads and professionals. They also discuss the dynamics with their partners and kids, the expectations that come with travel, and why sometimes, the family routine takes a little detour when dad's away. Max and Matt explore the mixed emotions of being away — the pangs of leaving your partner with the kids, the inevitable "tantrums" when you come back, and how these trips impact family life and the overall family dynamic. Sheryl McCollum and Nancy Grace dive into the Suzanne Morphew case, providing their insights and opinions on the evidence and potential suspects. Although Barry Morphew has not been named a suspect or person of interest, Nancy Grace explains why the evidence points towards him. The autopsy results revealed that Suzanne had been shot with animal tranquilizers, and a tranquilizer cap was found in the Morphew's dryer. Barry had initially suggested that Suzanne went out for a bike ride and was possibly eaten by a mountain lion, but this theory is highly unlikely. The investigation and legal proceedings are ongoing. This week I'm answering a coaching call question from an extended breastfeeding mom:"My toddler often doesn't accept dad at night when she wakes up crying. I am and have always been the preferred parent. I have just found out about a work trip I need to take which will have me away from my 2-year-old overnight for the first time. Typically, I feed her to sleep and to resettle throughout the night. If I am out of the house for bedtime, she does goes to sleep for other people, but it often takes a lot longer than if I am doing bedtime. Wondering if you had any tips that might help them both prepare for my work trip over the next few weeks and allow dad to be involved in general?"While there are a lot of things can be done to indirectly support a family in this situation, in this podcast episode, I break down a simple 3 part strategy to support a non-breastfeeding parent & a breastfed toddler for their first night(s) alone together. Whether you decide to night wean ahead of time or not (and I do explore this a little more in the episode), bolstering and leveraging your child's connection with the person who will be caring for them is key to a relaxing time apart. Find more opportunities for playful interactions between dad & kiddo (without pulling back from your own playful interactions with your child.) Utilizing "bridging" tools to help your child feel connected with you even when you are apart and help that separation feel less scary and intense. Expand the non-breastfeeding caregiver's capacity to hold space for the feelings that may come up. Work travel isn't always glamorous – learn what I do to show up as the best version of myself If you've ever traveled for work before, you know that even though it might seem glamorous, it isn't always. Sure, there are a lot of great things about business travel -- you often get to experience a new place, meet new people, and let's not forget about those fancy airport lounges. But what people don't always see is how frustrated you are from the countless airport delays, how exhausted you are from being out of your routine, and how overwhelmed you feel because even though you're “working,” you haven't kept up with your day-to-day tasks. I can definitely relate. Even before I started hitting the road to promote Two Weeks Notice, I used to travel a lot when I worked for Tony Robbins. And because I've traveled so much professionally, I've not only racked up my fair share of frequent flier miles – but also my fair share of travel tips that keep me on top of my game. In this episode, I'm sharing the three specific things I do to set myself up for success when I'm on the road -- and it's my hope that the next time you have a work trip, they'll help you show up as the very best version of yourself. Rachel and Logan have been dating for the past two years and have actually lived with one another for the past six months. They both have to travel for work a lot so they usually get two weekends every month with each other. Rachel is currently in Florida for work and Logan is supposed to be in Oklahoma, but Rachel thinks Logan is lying because the last time she came home from a work trip she noticed muddy heel prints on their floor that definitely weren't hers or Logan's. Rachel recently asked her neighbor to turn her Ring camera to Rachel and Logan's place to see if anything was going on and found out that Logan is actually chilling at home instead of on his work trip.We call Logan pretending to work for the hotel chain he told Rachel he was staying at for work and after he tells us he had to cancel the trip because his job didn't need him to go, we offer him free flowers. However, when we ask him who he wants to send them to, Logan asks if we send them to someone named Vicky. Find out what‘s really going on in today's all NEW War of the Roses!
