Using the metaphor of a house, we talk through physical and emotional boundaries, and how can we identify and define boundaries to support us in living within our values and limits. We talk through personal examples of how we identify when we need boundaries, how we know we're already doing well, and what feels the hardest about physical and emotional boundaries.
