    Rules Vote 2024: 12 Proposed Changes to the Texas Disciplinary Rules

    Since its inception in 2017, the Committee on Disciplinary Rules and Referenda has been charged with the examination of Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and Rules of Disciplinary Procedure to determine rule adequacy and necessary changes.
