In this presentation, Syed Ali Hur Kamoonpuri develops a Qur'ānically grounded definition of ghuluww (religious exaggeration), challenging reductionist readings that limit it only to claims of divinity or prophethood for the Imams. Engaging the views of scholars like Grand Ayatullah Sistani and Ayatullah al-Muhsini, he argues for a rigorous, evidence-based standard — one anchored in the Imams' own call to be like "mid-sized cushions," neither excessive nor deficient in belief.

Welcome back to The Collision Vision, driven by Autobody News. I'm your host, Cole Strandberg.   On a recent episode of the podcast, I sat down with Fox and Gerard of ADAS Calibrations of Hawaii to discuss how they built a dedicated ADAS calibration business from the ground up. We talked about everything from facility design and workflow to documentation, technician development, and why they believe successful calibrations are driven more by process than equipment.   That conversation sparked a bigger question: What does "doing ADAS right" actually look like? So today, we're taking that discussion one step further.   Joining me for a roundtable conversation are Sheryl Driggers, Erin Solis, and Dave Agnew — three industry experts who have spent years helping collision repair businesses navigate the growing complexity of ADAS.    Together, we'll unpack some of the biggest themes from my conversation with Fox and Gerard, discuss where they agree, where they may see things differently, and explore what today's collision operators need to understand as ADAS becomes an increasingly critical part of every repair.   Because as vehicles continue to evolve, success isn't just about having the right technology. It's about building the right processes, developing the right people, and creating a culture that prioritizes precision every step of the way.   Let's get into it.   Connect with David: dagnew@hunter.com https://www.hunter.com/   Connect with Erin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/erin-killcoyne-solis-534470105 https://squareonesystems.com/ Connect with Sheryl: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sheryldriggers/

Dr. Al Grauer hosts. Dr. Albert D. Grauer ( @Nmcanopus ) is an observational asteroid hunting astronomer. Dr. Grauer retired from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2006. travelersinthenight.org From November 2025. Today's 2 topics: - Throughout history small close approaching space rocks have been a part of our environment. Now, thanks to improved telescopes and cameras, asteroid hunters are routinely discovering these small asteroids as they pass closer than the Moon is to us. Since these tiny asteroids are only bright enough to detect for a few days out of their long, many month duration paths about the Sun, astronomers have had difficulty in determining how many of these small space rocks may exist in near Earth space. This effort received more emphasis when a house sized space rock exploded over Chelyabinsk, Russia in 2013 releasing about 10 times the energy of the Hiroshima atomic bomb.   - Jupiter has been observed throughout human history and is so bright that you can even spot it under the artificial light dome of one of our cities. Even so it is less than 40 years ago that we were first able to view Jupiter in detail as the Voyagers streaked by it. Jupiter contains more than twice the mass of all of the other planets, dwarf planets, asteroids, and comets in our solar system combined. Eons ago, our solar systems very own giant planet, Jupiter, appears to have cleared out the inner solar system leaving enough rocky debris to form Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars.    We've added a new way to donate to 365 Days of Astronomy to support editing, hosting, and production costs.  Just visit: https://www.patreon.com/365DaysOfAstronomy and donate as much as you can! Naturally, that conversation somehow turns into Jonathan Brandis nostalgia, Steven Seagal jokes, old-school Blockbuster memories, and the unmistakable smell of renting VHS tapes on a Friday night. From there, the crew dives headfirst into today's weirdest headlines. They react to shocking wildfire stories overseas, discuss why nostalgia keeps pulling everyone back toward analog experiences, and break down one of the internet's biggest viral hiking rescues after a woman had to be airlifted from Yosemite. The conversation becomes equal parts funny, sympathetic, and completely derailed—as only this crew can manage. Then comes the travel story nobody was emotionally prepared for.Let's just say a beach rope swing, a vacation in Honduras, and one incredibly unfortunate landing create what may be one of the most unbelievable medical stories the show has covered in a long time. If you've already heard people mention "the grapefruit story," yes... this is that episode.Along the way you'll also get movie talk, Christopher Nolan hype, Odyssey ticket frustrations, classic movie nostalgia, sarcastic observations about adulthood, and the kind of random conversations that somehow only make sense when the Rizz Show is having them.If you're looking for a daily comedy podcast filled with hilarious conversations, weird news, pop culture commentary, relatable stories, and the kind of chemistry that only comes from friends giving each other grief for two-plus hours every morning, you've found it.The Rizzuto Show continues to deliver everything listeners love: comedy, entertainment, celebrity talk, bizarre internet stories, nostalgic rabbit holes, and plenty of moments that make you wonder how the conversation got here in the first place.Whether you're listening on your commute, at work, in the gym, or pretending to be productive, thanks for making us part of your day.If you're new here, welcome to your newest favorite daily comedy podcast. Stocking rate sounds simple, but this episode shows why it is one of the most misunderstood and important decisions in grazing management. John Weir, Laura Goodman, Ph.D., and Mark Turner, Ph.D. explain that stocking rate is not just the number of cattle on a pasture. It is the number of animals on a set number of acres for a specific length of time. Leaving out the time component can lead to bad assumptions, overuse of forage and long-term damage to native rangeland. Laura explains why moderate stocking is often the sweet spot for both pasture health and ranch economics. Heavy stocking may seem profitable in good rainfall years, but it can reduce dominant tallgrass species, increase shortgrass or less desirable plants, lower cow breed-up, reduce calf weaning weights and make drought years much harder to survive financially. The group also discusses why continuous grazing is not automatically bad when stocking rate is right, and why rotational grazing cannot make up for simply running too many animals. Listeners will also hear practical ways to estimate forage production and adjust stocking decisions, including grazing exclosures, clipping samples, Web Soil Survey, the Rangeland Analysis Platform and the RAP Production Explorer. The episode closes with a clear reminder for ranchers and land managers: plan for dry years, not just good years, and use stocking rate as the foundation for livestock production, wildlife habitat, prescribed fire and long-term land resilience. History is full of strange coincidences, and the Civil War is no exception. In fact, we've documented many coincidences that occurred during the biggest turning point in our nation's history – from the story of Wilmer McLean, whose land provided the stage for the first Battle of Bull Run and whose house witnessed the signing of peace in Appomattox, to the Union soldiers from the 27th Indiana Volunteer Infantry, who found a copy of Confederate General Robert E. Lee's "Lost Order" wrapped around three cigars in a field near Frederick, Maryland. But maybe no story of coincidence can compare to that of Stefan Lorant, who was researching a book on Abraham Lincoln in the 1950s, when he came across an image of the President's funeral procession as it moved down Broadway in New York City. The photo was dated April 25, 1865 and it unlocked a truly remarkable occurrence in American History.Want some Missing Chapter merchandise? Click HERE!
