Welcome back to The Positive Spirit Podcast with Shelley!!!! In this solo episode I talk about the lessons I learned around loss/grief after sitting with a giant Oak tree in the back yard of our Aframe.  A substantial branch had come down after a storm and I was so upset about the loss of this seemingly healthy branch (that is actually the size of a medium sized tree in and of itself) but after a beautiful and insightful meditation where I sat w this Oak, I walked away with a totally new perspective and understanding.  It honestly is something that I will never forget! I hope you enjoy this episode and resonate with the energy and medicine that this Oak tree shared with me.  It was my honor to share it with all of you ✨

Joining me is Sarah Rossiter.  Sarah Rossiter is an artist, writer and psychic medium. Her art work has been shown in contemporary art galleries and museums around the world.
