Sarah Breskman Cosme has worked with over a thousand clients using Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) to help them in healing various illnesses and diseases by recalling past lives. She has found that many clients brought under hypnosis recall having had contact with, or living as, extraterrestrials in their past lives. These extraterrestrials range from human-looking to non-human looking Grays or Reptilians.According to Breskman, the Grays she has communicated with through the Higher Self of clients are highly evolved beings, which she describes as “Ascended Grays”. She says these are very different from Grays' performing abductions involving genetic experiments and hybridization programs. Breskman says that she has not yet encountered the negative Grays performing these abductions in her QHHT sessions, as her sessions always begin by connecting with a person's higher self, which precludes contact with negative beings involved in deception and manipulation.
