We kick off No. 1 week with a look at the dude who spent most of 2022 as the top ranked player in New Jersey's Class of 2023. Ryan Jaros, the Cranford High third baseman and Georgia Tech commit, had an awesome summer on the travel circuit with the Canes National squad that dominated in major events. He spent a week at East Coast Pro down in Florida, living the life of a young minor leaguer and performing in front of numerous pro scouts. He turned in an impressive performance out in San Diego at the Area Code Games and topped it off with one of the best single moments at the event - a LOUD home run that got the attention of everyone. Ryan talks about all that and more - including his Last Dance coming up at Cranford this year. Great episode of JBS - and fantastic way to start the week.

NJ 2024 stars Sean Griggs (Red Bank Catholic, Alabama commit) and Luke Dickerson (Morris Knolls, Virginia commit) talk about their experience at the Underclass Area Code Games earlier this month in San Diego. Boston Flannery & Charlee Soto joined us at the Area Code Games in San Diego, CA this week to talk being top rated MLB prospects, how to gain velocity, what it's like to throw 95+, pressures of being an athlete, social media, AND MORE. Our guest is a strength trainer and pitching coach for the top high school prospect in New England. Logan Carman is the East Coast Evo Director of Player Performance and Winnacunnet High School pitching coach. Carman has helped Winnicunnet's Joe Allen become the top high school pitching prospect in New England by putting together a training program that helped the pitcher boost his maximum velocity from 89 mph to 95 mph. Allen showcased his new skill set this summer for USA Baseball's National Team as well as at the Area Code Games and East Coast Pro Showcase.
