Trend 1: Navigating complexity in multicloud adoption According to research from Gartner, in 2024 more than 75% of large enterprises will be running a hybrid or multicloud environment. Trend 2: Leveraging edge computing for real-time decision-making The surge in edge computing marks a pivotal shift in how organisations approach data processing and analytics. Beyond addressing latency concerns and optimising bandwidth, this trend reshapes real-time decision-making, bringing cloud services closer to the network's edge. "Edge computing is indispensable for businesses aiming to make decisions in real time. By localising processing near data sources, organisations mitigate latency, optimise bandwidth, and spur innovation in areas like IoT and autonomous systems." Dilouya continued. "While the adoption of edge computing and native clouds offers transformative opportunities, businesses in 2024 face the challenge of redefining their data processing and storage strategies. Managing data at the edge requires a re-evaluation of traditional centralised approaches, introducing complexities in data governance, security, and compliance." Mais celui-ci est unique en son genre et fait honneur aux Bodins par son audace. Bodin est issu de bald en germanique et signifie audacieux. Nicolas Bodin a 36 ans, en couple, père de famille et occupe le poste de Directeur Juridique au sein de la scale-up Intercloud. Pur produit breton, plus précisément Rennais où il a effectué toute sa scolarité et son cursus universitaire. Après quelques années à Paris, il est retourné en terres celtiques à l'occasion de la naissance de son fils. Ses années lycées et ses études de droit aux côté de son camarade Philippe Juchault auquel il rend hommage en disant et pour reprendre ses mots “Honnêtement, sans lui, je n'y serai jamais arrivé”. Commencer sa carrière au sein de TF1 Publicité, la régie publicitaire de la 1ère chaine de France et d'Europe. Avec un bon sens du timing, juste après un passage un stage au sein de l'Autorité de la Concurrence et dans un contexte de position dominante et de rachat de TMC par TF1. Croiser le chemin d'Anthony Level, gagner sa confiance, apprendre à ses côtés et évoluer au sein de la tour TF1. Arriver chez Intercloud, après TF1 avec une Direction Juridique de 80 juristes et créer et structurer la fonction juridique d'une scale-up avec une culture juridique dont les fondations ont été posées par Jérôme Dilouya. Son rôle et ses challenges au sein d'Intercloud, scale-up française tiers de confiance entre les entreprises et les offreurs de cloud qui permet une meilleure sécurité pour la circulation des données des entreprises. Le Figaro dit même d'eux qu'ils sont aux réseaux télécoms ce que les jets privés sont à l'aviation commerciale. Apprendre à négocier en observant, sans se dénaturer et en s'appropriant des techniques en le faisant siennes. Passer d'un grand groupe à une scale-up et naviguer de l'autre côté du rapport de force en matière de négociation. S'engager très tôt, après un an d'expérience, au sein de l'AFJE aux côtés de Loïc André, Emilie Letocart-Calame et Pierre Leguy en créant le Comité des Jeunes Juristes. Nicolas a commencé l'épisode en nous disant “j'ai 2/3 marottes”. Mais il en a bien plus et il a visiblement arrêté de les compter et nous aussi : ce qui a rendu son épisode des plus passionnants !
