Kenny Bayless is a former boxing referee who has been the third man in the ring for over 100 title fights. He was inducted into the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame in 2014 and the National Boxing Hall of Fame (with his twin brother Kermit) in 2023. Bayless has officiated many notable fights including Floyd Mayweather/Manny Pacquiao in 2015 and Deontae Wilder/Tyson Fury II in 2020. He is most known for his famous catchphrase "What I say you must obey" when giving fighters instruction before the fight.
