This special episode takes a close look at the official DnD campaign setting book: The Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica. Part 1 includes an overview of the world, new character creation options, and the fantastic guild system.

After months on the case, our adventurers make preparations their showdown with Feather, a legendary Firemane Angel whom they recently discovered was responsible for the killing of Mookiee the dryad that brought the foursome together at the start of our journey. But just like everything in Ravnica, Feather's situation is fraught with mystery and intrigue, and as a result the final confrontation with the fallen angel is not exactly as it seems.‬

The party set a meeting with Jace Beleren to clear the air and got answers to many of their questions, as The Living Guildpact cleared the air and delivered some much needed context. Namely, that some otherworldly threat looms over Ravnica, and their missions have been an attempt to investigate the shadowy power behind the schemes. But one mission yet remained: a clandestine mission to an Orzhov Basilica to capture an informant code named the Tithe Taker in a sting operation. After narrowly escaping Golgari territory, the party began venturing through the Undercity to try to get back to the surface. Fortunately they stumbled upon a local devil willing to help guide them to an exit, but as it turns out he wasn't entirely trustworthy and sold the party out to the Rakdos circus. Forced to perform for an audience of blood-hungry carnival-goers under the bigtop, the gang braved high wire acts, rotten fruit, greased pigs, and snarky enchanted skulls, thereby earning their way out. Eventually the party got home to the Generous Stray, where one of the party members made a deal with a devil of their own...
