The Batavia, Ohio facility welcomed the event for the third straight year, featuring the eight categories competing over the three days of action with rain rolling in on the final day. Workout Reserve is described as a battery-like metric that shows how close an athlete is to their historical best across different durations, from short sprint efforts to long aerobic performances. The team discusses how athletes can use it in real time through Velocity or Garmin, how negative values can signal breakthrough efforts, and why good historical data is essential. They also explain how Systems Engagement helps athletes and coaches see which physiological systems were stressed in a workout or race, making it easier to reverse engineer training toward the actual demands of an event.Key episode takeawaysWorkout Reserve acts like a “battery” showing how much capacity an athlete has left relative to their recent historical bests.A value near 100% suggests the athlete is fresh relative to that effort, while 0% means they are approaching a known personal limit. Alex Moss and Burton DeWitt are back with a new episode of your go-to darts podcast after the German Darts Grand Prix!   The boys start off the show by giving their thoughts on last week's drama in the Premier League between Luke Littler and Gian van Veen during their quarter-final match in Manchester.   Recent Players Championship finalist Alan Soutar (7:56) joins the show just a few weeks before running the London Marathon. 'Soots' reflects on the last two years since his maiden PDC title win out in Germany, getting back in the PDC World Championship field, winning a sudden-death leg thriller against Teemu Harju and giving Gian van Veen a scare, where the idea came from to sign up for this year's London Marathon, fitting in the training alongside playing on the ProTour, and his goals for the next two years before retiring from work at the end of 2027.   The boys take a look back at the latest European Tour event in Munich, which saw Nathan Aspinall defeat Danny Noppert 8-5 in the final to win his fourth European Tour title. Alex and Burton discuss the champion Aspinall's comments during the tournament about his current enjoyment levels playing darts as well as the runner-up Noppert losing out in a fourth European Tour final.   Uganda's first ever PDC World Cup of Darts team Patrick Ocheng and Juma Said (1:00:45) call in from Uganda to look ahead to their big-stage debuts in Germany this summer. The 17th season of the Superkarts! USA Pro Tour kicked off over the March 27-29 weekend at the Musselman Honda Circuit. The Tucson, Arizona facility hosted the 10th edition of the SKUSA WinterNationals, marking the third time for the organization to visit the 8/10-mile circuit. USA Pro Tour is set to begin this weekend at the Musselman Honda Circuit. The March 27-29 event will welcome eight categories to compete at the Tucson, Arizona facility for the first stop on the SKUSA championship program. This marks the first ever WinterNationals in Tucson, and the third time SKUSA has visited the circuit, dating back to 2011 and 2013. I spent eight years working on the Pro Tour overseeing the feature matches and final-day video coverage. Those eight years just happened to overlap with the greatest run in professional Magic where Pro Tour legend Kai Budde won seven Pro Tours in five years.
