Beginning in March 2015, pro-ISIS hacking groups have been releasing "kill lists" on social media messaging apps, primarily Telegram. They are relatively unsophisticated, employ common and low-level hacking techniques, and act independently with no association or direction from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
