Former Steeler Legarrette Blount joined the show. Blount talked about his time in Pittsburgh and how Le'Veon Bell became too good to split touches in the backfield leading to his departure. He is confident Bell could be a receiver if he wanted to. He commented on the Steelers current backfield dynamic with Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren. Blount commented on his relationship with Todd Haley and their conversations when things got tough in Pittsburgh. He got into the incident when he walked off the field in Tennessee and said a handful of teammates understood his frustration. Blount talked about his relationship with Mike Tomlin, saying he has nothing but respect for Coach T and labeled him as a “great” coach.

Ari Meirov of PFF joined the show. Ari talked about what will happen between the Steelers and Diontae Johnson. He said he's not sure if Johnson gets that money from the Steelers, but he will get paid. Poni asked Ari about the status of the Deshaun Watson case and everything that has to happen before a solution comes to be. He said Roger Goodell has the final say once a decision is finally made. He believes the NFL wants a season-long suspension, but the NFLPA is fighting back. He referenced the Ray Rice case and what a disaster it was for Goodell – he said this case is unprecedented and nobody knows what will come of it. Jeff asked Ari about what's upcoming for Lamar Jackson and if the Ravens will strike a long-term deal with the QB. He said it's insane that Jackson is a high-profile player playing without an agent, but there is a way the leverage can still shift big in Jackson's favor.  Reset on Lev Bell.

Diontae Johnson was not ranked as a Top 10 WR according to NFL front office members. Poni and Jeff think that's fair because he's not in the top tier. Poni said he's on his bad list, including Chase Claypool and Devin Bush. To that note, Poni thinks most of the starters should play in the preseason because there are more unproven players and a lot of battles to play out.  Former Steeler Bruce Gradkowski joined the show. Bruce commented on if Lev Bell is a Steelers Hall of Famer. He talked about the Killer B era and some of the pieces on that roster. He understands why Bell did what he did and referenced players today. Bruce talked about the ceiling of Diontae Johnson and said his main concern is the consistency holding up.      Another successful date for Donny last night.

He likes the acquisition of Jan Rutta from Tampa, especially at the price. Sean described Rutta as a Mike Matheson babysitter.     Where's the best vacation spot? Where's the worst?
