Au-delà des annonces produits qui ont été faites (et qui font l'objet d'un billet de blog sur les nouveautés), un élément central vient bouleverser la manière de vendre jusqu'alors.Il faut cesser de voir le business comme un entonnoir traditionnel de vente et de marketing, mais plutôt comme une roue où vos clients sont le principal moteur qui attire de nouveaux prospects.La fin du traditionnel tunnel de conversionLe tunnel de conversion, tel qu'on le connaissait, consistait pour le lead de passer au travers des opérations marketing puis la partie commerciale prenait le relai afin de le convertir en client. Devenir client était donc une fin en soi.Dorénavant, le client est au centre de la réflexion. Pourquoi ? La raison est simple : votre client a bien plus de voix que celle que vous pourriez avoir sur les réseaux sociaux ou au travers de vos commerciaux.Place à un cercle vertueux (FlyWheel) !Le marketing, les ventes et vos services sont là pour amplifier la voix de votre client. Ces trois volets participent à générer des clients satisfaits. Ces ambassadeurs deviendront ainsi la voix de votre entreprise ! En bref, cette roue tourne au rythme de la satisfaction de vos clients.L'entonnoir était une excellente façon de penser votre entreprise, il y a 10 ans, c'est-à-dire lorsque ventes et marketing étaient la voix la plus forte sur le marché. Mais sur le marché d'aujourd'hui, la voix des clients est sans nul doute, plus forte que tous les moyens que vous pourrez mettre « artificiellement » en place. The Wave At Saturn project to coincide with a photo NASA/JPL plans to take of Saturn's ring with a cameo appearance by our home, Earth in the photo. We then move on to NASA's Asteroid Initiative Industry and Partner Day, where the space agency asked, Academia, Industry, and anyone to help get humans to an Asteroid by setting up a Request For Information. We discuss an article by Policto article indicating Congress is trying to do away with the Asteroid Mission altogether and put in place a Constellation-Like program, featuring a Lunar and Mars base (with no additional funds to pay for it). and a little bit of a Twitter firestorm that happened when Gene Mikulka posted the article on his Twitter feed.
