The man who scored the winner in the Play Off final relives his time at Filbert Street.

A defender as clever as he was tough - and boy, was he tough - Pontus Kåmark helped cement Leicester's status as a Premier League team in his three-and-a-half seasons there, which were crowned by winning the League Cup in 1997. Kåmark played a pivotal role in that final; after a 1-1 draw at Wembley, Kåmark man-marked Middlesboro's Brazilian playmaker Juninho out of the game, setting the stage for Steve Claridge to score the winner for the Foxes in extra time. Kåmark's stint in the Premier League may have been short as he returned to be closer to his daughter in Sweden, but the experienced international's effect on the game as a man-marker is not to be underestimated, and he is remembered fondly by Leicester fans to this day - and perhaps less so by Juninho ...

Plus, Frank Lampard's interview technique of laughing then turning immediately serious has been rollercoasterised with the Frank Lampard Lol-lercoaster. There's admittedly not much to this ride - it's over very quickly, but the science of getting people to laugh and then be terrified in less than a second is pored over in great detail. Stack came through Arsenal's academy as a goalkeeper in 2000 and had an 18 year career in professional football. He is now the head of goalkeeping for Watford's academy. In this conversation he'll discuss coming through Arsenal academy with Cesc Fabregas & Yaya Toure, slapping a fan in Belgium, off the field distractions as a young player, and finishing his career in India.
