In this latest episode regulars John, Jeff, Erin and Scott are joined by some returning guests in Rangers fan Andy L (@AndyLoughran), Motherwell fan Andy R (@MFCPodcast86), Dundee fan Ethan (@EthanHampton11), Livingston fan Euan (@rankine_euan) and Hearts fan Laurie (@lauriedunsire) while Hibs fan Charlie (@charliebanks97), St Mirren fan Div (@pieandbov), Ross County fan Ross (@rossm1997) and St Johnstone fan Danny (@dannyw1989) make their debuts as each club in the Premiership is represented. The show kicks off with a quick review of the Scottish Cup final between Rangers and Hearts and what could have been for Rangers in Europe. Andy L assesses the need to strengthen which he feels the club didn't really do last summer. In a season where there have been quite a few managerial changes, both Andy R and Danny are of the opinion their clubs should have probably made a change. The situation at Hibs is discussed to the delight of other fans of rival teams while some guests question what kind of pressure Goodwin may be under at Aberdeen if they don't recruit well and get off to a good start next season. Ross discusses the season that Ross County have had and the moral dilemma amongst fans surrounding the appointment of Malky Mackay. They certainly had a decent turnaround in 2022 as at one point they looked like they might get relegated yet they just missed out on Europe. Scott is feeling like a champion though you wouldn't guess it from his voice as Celtic clinched the League and League Cup. He covers the change in fortunes at the club with Angeball while others question whether he can adapt and have some kind of success in Europe. We cover some highlights of the season, comedy moments (mainly relating to Mark McGhee) and as usual some pie chat. Would Adam invite Emma Dodds back for a second appearance on the Old Firm Facts podcast? Don't ask silly questions... A reporter and pitchside interviewer on BT Sport and Premier Sports as well as matchday host on Rangers TV, Emma is one of the most recognisable faces in Scottish football. Ex-Motherwell boss Mark McGhee opens up on the tragic death of Fir Park legend Phil O'Donnell and he reveals how the fans backing helped the club through one of the most challenging periods in its history. The former Aberdeen striker reminisces about the famous European Cup Winners Cup victory over Real Madrid after becoming Sir Alex Ferguson's first Dons signing. But the ex-Scotland international insists scoring in the 1-1 draw with England was the real highlight of his playing career. The ex-Celtic forward also chats about playing for the club in its centenary year and he tells Peter, Roughie and Tam Cowan his greatest moment in the dugout was leading Brighton to safety after promotion to the English Championship. Dave Anderson is back with Tim Fuell, ahead of leading his Chertsey Town to West Auckland Town in the Quarter Finals of the FA Vase this weekend. In the FA Trophy, AFC Fylde take on Barnet this weekend and manager Dave Challinor is clear the magic of the lure of Wembley is still strong even when his side are challenging hard for the National League title or at least a strong placed finish into the play offs. Mark Carruthers is no stranger to the show but equally as a journalist in the North East of England specialising in Non League he is also no stranger to FA Vase successes. A new book is the result, but he also previews this weekend's Quarter Finals as the last 8 in the FA Vase dream of Wembley. Taunton Town are heading for successive promotions and title wins but also have a home league record stretching back to 2017... or 2016 in some people's eyes. Kevin Sturmey is Chairman, CEO and groundsman at the club excited by the way the club is growing off the field as well as on it, but also excited about the future too. Senior Writer at the Non League Paper Matt Badcock rounds things off with a Trophy and Vase overview plus a take on the news at Eastbourne Borough where Mark McGhee has come in to take charge bringing with him Charlie Oatway and more managerial shuffles at Wrexham where new manager Bryan Hughes has brought in his old manager Brian Flynn to be his number two.

There were plenty of goals in the SPL this weekend, including two hat-tricks, so that takes up the majority of the discussion. John Logie Baird scored for Dundee, which leads me to look up his previous inventions. Gordon Strachan and Mark McGhee have been confirmed as the men leading the national team for the next two and half years, and we give our opinion on the appointments. SFL, Charity bet, SPL and league cup predictions also feature. Thank you to McBookie for donating the charity bet stake.

Paul sits in for Ollie this week and he's joined by Paul 'Hants' Sussex and Mark Briggs. On this week's offering we look back on Saturday's eagerly awaited Devon Derby which finished all square. We also talk League Two, including Mark McGhee, who's finally been dismissed by Bristol Rovers. Much to the relief of Paul who doesn't have to speak about his 'inevitable' sacking any more! And, of course, we preview Saturday's short trip to Plainmoor which I 4-1 am looking forward to.
