Vicente Reyes moved to Carrow Road in the summer of 2023, joining from Atlanta United 2. The Cobblers have achieved some success on their travels in their last two games in League One and return to Sixfields hoping to carry on that good form. Their next challenge comes from a Cambridge United side who have won three games this season and sit 22nd in the League One table. Those three wins did all come back to back during October and U's fans may have thought their season was turning itself around. Until they were thrashed by Peterborough 6-1 that is. The Cobblers will be hoping that Cambridge's 1-1 draw at home to Barnsley last weekend hasn't given them too much confidence though, and will be hoping to put more distance between themselves and the relegation zone. After a dramatic Deadline Day arrival at Norwich City in January 2012 from Peterborough United, Ryan Bennett made over 100 appearances in yellow and green. His spell at Carrow Road was a rollercoaster of highs and lows, but he openly spoke about his tough exit from the club upon Stuart Webber's arrival in 2017. The 34-year-old later enjoyed success at Wolverhampton Wanderers alongside fellow ex-Canary John Ruddy. Most recently after 18 months at Cambridge United, he left the club to hang up his boots to pursue a different career in football. He speaks about all this and much more in the next 35 minutes.
