Today Jesse is speaking with two clients of Habit Based Lifestyle to hear how the program has helped them. Andy and Michelle Cassady joined HBL a little over a year ago when Covid first struck. They were struggling with retention and transitioning to an online model to save their business. After building up their business for six years, it was a very scary experience to see 60% of their industry going out of business. People needed activities for their kids more than ever, and Andy and Michelle were able to pivot to online Zoom training. Jesse's program helped them to turn things around, grow their team, and open a second location. They went from almost losing their business to more than doubling their revenue. They say the business no longer runs them, they run it. -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit hacking people? Today Jesse is giving us three ways to master our mindset. If our mindset isn't in the right place we'll be plagued by limiting beliefs. We have to exercise our mind just like we exercise our physical body. If you're struggling with confidence, resilience, or fear, that's negative beliefs and thoughts getting in your way. We have to train our mind like a muscle. Ask yourself how much time you invest into your mental fitness daily. What habits are you doing to invest in that daily fitness? Where is your focus? Did you know 80-85% of our thoughts are on the past? We need to be present in the moment and actively creating the life we want. Make sure you're investing in yourself and your thoughts and focus. Are your habits helping or hindering you? -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit hacking people? Today Jesse and Jason discuss the critical need of taking an emotional, spiritual, and leadership inventory after this difficult year (and why it can't wait until the Fall) www.reclaimedleader.com/episode189
Today Jesse is talking about the importance of having a vision greater than your current circumstance. He warns that if your vision isn't big enough you'll get caught up in your current circumstance. When you don't have a big vision you often start caring a lot about small things in your life that don't matter. Jesse talks about a time he was in a disagreement with his wife and he had to stop and ask himself what was more important, the current circumstance of wanting to be right or the bigger goal. Goals support our vision. When we have goals we're on a path of creating life. You can't create life and react to life at the same time. Wouldn't you rather be proactive than reactive? Stop getting caught up in your current circumstance and focus on a greater vision that will require 100% of your focus. -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit hacking people? Today Jesse is talking about simply giving information vs creating connections. It’s a simple concept but is often overlooked when building a business online. Is your social media content too information driven, are you just trying to sound smart? Or is the information easy to understand and relatable to your desired audience? Your content won’t turn into communication from potential clients unless there’s connection. The number one way to connect with people is to tell stories, talk about something they might be able to relate to. Another way to connect is to ask questions, give them an opportunity to talk, and you listen. In order for people to know, like, and trust you, you have to connect with people. You can be the best of the best, with all the latest and correct information, but without that personal connection you won’t even get the chance to show it. -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit-hacking people? Today Jesse is teaching the four steps to creating a high ticket offer. He shares the step by step framework he uses. At the end of the day it’s easier to help fewer people for more money than to help a lot of people for a little. If you want to earn $20k in a month you can either charge fifty people $400 or charge ten people $2000. Think about the main problem you help people with. How much is this problem costing your client? What is the value of you helping them solve the problem? If the issue is costing them $10,000/month then $2,000 doesn’t seem like so much to solve the problem. Make sure your offer lives up to its price by offering a three to five pillar system or service. Jesse explains how to leverage and lead with your superpower. -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit-hacking people? Today Jesse has a special guest from Portland, Oregon, Pastor Clyde Lewis. As a ‘kingdom shaker’ he’s in the business of helping others to discover their true identity. We’re given our true, god-given identity at birth but external conflicts that bring fear and doubt separates us from it over time. When we can get back to our true identity we can get back to peace, harmony, and productivity. The key is prayer and being honest with God. Prayer starts in your own heart and home. When you open your mind and focus on God you’ll hear him speaking to you through your free flow of thoughts in that moment. Ask yourself what your life would look like if you were fearless. That’s how your life can look when you live your true identity. -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit-hacking people? Today Jesse is joined by Steve Adams, creator of Tiger Performance Institute and Dr. Matthew McNamee, a naturopathic doctor with Tiger Medical Institute. Steve started Tiger Performance Institute after he was officially diagnosed with burnout in 2017, causing him to sell his company and take a year off. He spent that year diving deep into how he got where he was. He knew other high achieving professionals like himself were at risk for the same burnout, and he wanted to know how to circumvent that. He decided to start a company that could give people like him the tools that he never had. As a naturopath, Dr. McNamee aims to help clients to figure out the root cause of their health shortcomings, being proactive with their health to extend their peak performance. The two promise to take you from burnout, distraction, and stress to prosperity with precision, preventative medicine. -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit-hacking people? Today Jesse turns 43 and he reflects back on the past year. When asked what the biggest changes of the past year have been, he laughs and says coronavirus. He admits that at first he fell into the panic, but eventually he decided to turn off the news. At a time when business owners were running scared, Jesse was growing his business even bigger. During this time the Habit Based Lifestyle podcast was born and Jesse helped others to take their businesses virtual. Jess also made some lifestyle changes including growing spiritually, becoming 100% committed and obedient and making church a priority. He’s also taken more time out to live life, going on multiple vacations over the past year. This was possible because he has people around him that he can trust and he’s learned to let go and delegate to others. Today Jesse interviews Krista Moreland, who is 30 days into the Habit Based Lifestyle Accelerator. As the owner of KMore Macro, Krista is a macros coach for women, helping them to lose weight without the guilt and shame. Krista loves what she does, but she had hit a wall. Turning to various coaches, they all wanted her to change herself and do more. Krista was doing everything and then some, leaving her feeling burnt out and nowhere closer to her goals. That’s when she found Habit Based Lifestyle Accelerator, which she credits with reconnecting her to her business. Unlike other coaches, Jesse encouraged Krista to be authentic and to do less. Krista says her power word for 2021 became simplicity. She started to get back to the simple basics, like human connection, and her business was revitalized. Krista is so grateful for the community Jesse has created and would recommend it to anyone. -- Are you looking to connect with a group of like-minded habit hacking people?
