Here are 3 big things you need to know—   One — The death toll in the massive Southeast Asia earthquake is now more than two-thousand.  More survivors were pulled from the rubble today in Myanmar as rescue teams face a fast closing window of opportunity.   The Southeast Asian nation's ruling military government says hundreds more remain unaccounted for following Friday's magnitude 7.7 quake.    Two ---- The Mackinac Bridge reopened to traffic Monday night after closing for hours due to falling ice. The temporary shutdown came after Gov. Gretchen Whitmer declared a state of emergency due to a historic ice storm that has left tens of thousands of customers in northern Michigan without power since Saturday night.   And number three —   President Trump is signing an executive order to help Americans who are paying a premium on the secondary entertainment ticket market.  Trump was joined by Kid Rock in the Oval Office for the signing.  The president promised to combat high ticket prices for consumers during this 2024 campaign.

Sin embargo, lanzar un negocio en el mundo digital no se trata solo de abrir una cuenta y publicar contenido al azar. Isa Clavijo, experta en emprendimientos online y facilitadora de talleres de creatividad, comparte estrategias clave para construir una presencia sólida en redes sociales y aprovechar su potencial para impulsar un negocio. Hoy en día, cualquier emprendimiento o negocio que no esté en redes sociales está perdiendo visibilidad y oportunidades de crecimiento. Sin una presencia digital, es difícil llegar al público adecuado y generar confianza en los clientes potenciales. No obstante, abrir perfiles en todas las plataformas no es la solución. "Siempre recomiendo que uno empiece en una sola red social y luego sí empezar a diversificar", señala nuestra invitada. Enfocarse en una plataforma permite construir una comunidad sólida y entender mejor qué tipo de contenido conecta con la audiencia. Uno de los pilares fundamentales en redes sociales es la marca personal. "Ningún negocio va a vender si las personas no saben quién está detrás del producto o servicio", afirma nuestra especialista. Documentar el proceso, compartir los errores y celebrar los logros genera una conexión genuina con la audiencia. "Una de las mejores estrategias es primero empezar en las redes sociales dando información de valor, como dar a conocer para qué sirve el producto, si se puede consumir, cómo ha ayudado a otras personas, toda la historia que hay detrás de ese producto, cómo fue que llegué a construir esa marca, etc.", enumera Isa. Contar historias y mostrar el lado humano del negocio es clave para diferenciarse. Construir una marca personal no es algo inmediato. "La marca personal se desarrolla mínimamente en tres meses", asegura nuestra invitada. Para lograrlo, la consistencia es fundamental: "La cantidad de posteos varía mucho, pero actualmente postear cinco veces por semana está bien. Hay gente a la que se le hace mucho, pero pueden publicar historias, reels, carruseles, post estáticos... entre todos esos puede estar todo el contenido de la semana". Crear contenido regularmente permite aumentar la visibilidad sin necesidad de invertir en publicidad. "La visibilidad es todo cuando uno no paga publicidad y para ello es necesario postear constantemente", sostiene nuestra especialista. Si bien el crecimiento orgánico es importante, la publicidad también juega un papel clave en la estrategia digital. "Yo recomendaría pagar ads sólo para los posteos de venta. Intenté pagar publicidad con contenido educativo y no funcionó, para eso es sólo el crecimiento orgánico. Si uno va a pagar ads, ya tiene que tener un recorrido en su cuenta", aclara Isa. Además, para vender servicios de alto valor, la publicidad es una gran herramienta: "Si quieren vender un servicio High Ticket a través de sus redes sociales, ahí sí recomiendo ads para cerrar ventas más fácilmente". La clave está en comprender en qué momento invertir y con qué tipo de contenido. Generar confianza con los clientes también es un proceso gradual. "Antes de comprarle, las personas deben ver sus publicaciones de 12 a 15 veces", menciona nuestra invitada. Esto demuestra que la repetición y la constancia en redes sociales son esenciales para convertir seguidores en clientes. Identificar el público objetivo también juega un rol crucial: "Para conocer mi público objetivo me apalanco mucho con la Inteligencia Artificial, pero si tienen un nicho establecido va a ser mucho más fácil. Lo ideal es cerrar el público lo más posible, porque hablarle a todo el mundo no da resultados", advierte nuestra especialista. Uno de los errores más comunes al vender en redes sociales es la impaciencia. "El error que tienen todas las personas que quieren vender algo por redes sociales es desesperarse. Creen que las redes sociales es publicar un video o postean toda una semana y nada más y no funciona así. Deben ser consistentes y tener mucha paciencia", recalca Isa. Los resultados no son inmediatos, pero con perseverancia, los emprendedores pueden identificar qué tipo de contenido les funciona mejor: "Uno de los posteos va a ser el ganador y por ahí es que uno tiene que ir para poder adquirir seguidores". Saber analizar el contenido que más resonó con la audiencia es clave para afinar la estrategia. El entretenimiento y la educación tienen diferentes roles en redes sociales. "Para atraer funciona muy bien el entretenimiento, pero ese contenido no vende, sólo es para sumar seguidores, pero el que vende es el educativo", opina nuestra invitada. Es necesario encontrar el balance entre generar interacción y ofrecer información de valor que motive a la compra. Para optimizar el tiempo en la creación de contenido, la tecnología es una gran aliada. "Para la programación de publicaciones uso mucho ChatGPT y Claude. Ambas son muy buenas para crear contenido si uno le sabe dar bien los prompts. Uno ahorra mucho tiempo con este tipo de aplicaciones", subraya nuestra especialista. Lanzar un negocio en redes sociales requiere estrategia, paciencia y adaptabilidad. No se trata solo de estar presente, sino de construir una marca que conecte con la audiencia, generar confianza y ofrecer contenido que eduque y motive a la acción.
