Sometimes I notice I'm reading just one kind of book (psychology, personal growth often) and eventually reading starts to feel like a burden, a should, a have to. That's usually when I realize I've gotten into a book rut. That's when I ask myself what kind of book do I feel like reading? Just like asking myself what kind of food am I craving? It's a combination of book and a deck of cards that draws on Indigenous wisdom traditions to find inspiration, guidance and reflection.
