We are rejoined by Kole Whitty to talk all about psychedelic integration, coaching, listening to your body, opening portals to other realms, and so much more! Kole's prior appearance on MoM (Episode 37)About KoleKole's journey began when she ended up in a coma from a drug overdose at 17, and was labeled an addict by society. She worked with organizations such as the DARE program and Partnership for a Drug-Free America, speaking all over the world about the dangers of club drugs until... her own health crash in 2008 and desperation to live took over and guided her back to psychedelics for healing.Along with her husband, Tah, she created The Condor Approach, a data-driven, method to train psychedelic integration coaches. Their methods create radical self-responsibility and community healing containers, empowering individuals and practitioners to take control of their own healing journey. Tah and Kole have facilitated hundreds of retreats and workshops and have worked with thousands of clients, helping them achieve long-term wellness and a deeper understanding of themselves. Together they host The Psychedelic Coach Podcast and have been featured in various media outlets and events such as Aubrey Marcus' Fit For Service, The Life Coach Podcast with Brooke Castillo, Psychedelics Revealed by Jeff Hays, and hundreds of podcasts. They are dedicated to spreading the word about the transformative power of integration and are committed to shifting the wellness paradigm globally! Y'all have been begging us for an American Hi-Fi song for ages now, and we aim to please. Flavor of the Weak is a super great song, VERY guitar forward, the riff slays, the hi hats are compressed, Nintendo takes some strays (or so we thought), and it's just a super fun, super catchy song. And we won't even hold the fact that they can't spell “week” against them. Make sure to buy the new flash sheet here before they sell out! BONUS EPISODES AND PHOTOS ON PATREON! Hello and welcome back to ReDIScover Summer School! This week's episode has a bit of a nostalgic structure combined with some really thought-provoking content. We asked YOU GUYS to submit questions in an "Ask Abby" format (or in our case, "Ask J+K") as if we were writing an anonymous advice column in a school newspaper. Trust me when I say this - these questions do not disappoint! We talked about various topics including feeling "old," the post-college job search comparison trap, dealing with expectations not being met, how to stay motivated to create content when people can be judgemental on the internet, and good ol' imposter syndrome. This episode is definitely a DEEP DIVE but it has such relatable topics. Thank you all so much for your submissions and we hope you enjoy! **DISCLAIMER: This is not medical or professional advice, it is all based on our own personal experiences and points of view. To wrap up a month-long celebration of Motherhood, we invited our dear friend Vickie on the podcast to discuss what it's like to be a brand new Mom! You may remember Vickie from the "good old days" when the Bathrobe Princesses were born! The three of us went to high school together and time has been flying ever since. This episode is truly a full-circle moment! Vickie just recently experienced pregnancy, birth, and becoming a first-time Mom to her newborn Declan, which is a huge life milestone in itself. However, she also had the unexpected curveball of doing this all during a worldwide pandemic. It was amazing to get Vickie's insights on this transition into Motherhood, learning how to prioritize her well-being while balancing her nursing career, and the deep love she feels for her son.
