    Ivy Insights

The Directionally Challenged podcast is a captivating and insightful show that has captivated me since I started listening in August 2020. As a 22-year-old working at Amazon, this podcast has made my time fly by with its engaging episodes. Despite not being close to my 30s, Candice and Kayla have opened my eyes to different perspectives on womanhood and being a human in general. I am grateful for their advice and the experiences they share on the show.

One of the best aspects of The Directionally Challenged podcast is the genuine and relatable nature of the hosts, Candice and Kayla. Their chemistry shines through each episode, making it easy to connect with them as they discuss various topics. They are not afraid to be vulnerable and share their own struggles, which creates a safe space for listeners to feel understood. Additionally, the guests they bring on the show provide valuable insights and inspiration.

Another positive aspect of this podcast is its educational value. Candice and Kayla tackle important topics that are often overlooked or not discussed enough. From mental health to current issues, parenting, and more, they cover a wide range of subjects that resonate with listeners from different walks of life. The hosts do an excellent job of interviewing their guests while also sharing their own perspectives, creating meaningful conversations that leave listeners feeling informed and empowered.

While there are many great aspects of The Directionally Challenged podcast, one potential downside is the recent increase in political content. Some listeners may prefer the earlier episodes when politics and controversial topics were not as prevalent. Additionally, there is a desire among fans for more episodes featuring just Candice and Kayla without any guests. These "catch up" or Q&A episodes allow for a deeper connection with the hosts themselves.

In conclusion, The Directionally Challenged podcast has been a game-changer for me personally. It has taught me important life lessons, expanded my knowledge, and provided entertainment during difficult times. Candice and Kayla are phenomenal hosts who bring a unique perspective to each episode. While there may be room for improvement in terms of the balance between political topics and guest-focused episodes, this podcast remains a must-listen for fans of TVD, as well as anyone seeking insightful conversations and personal growth.
