Ricardo Hartley, (Dallas, TX) a graduate of Booker T. Antwan Taylor is from Markham, Illinois. He graduated from Western Illinois University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcasting. During his matriculation through WIU, he also became a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. After his graduation from college, he focused his energy toward starting his business, TRUE Stories Media, Corporation in 2011. TRUE Stories specializes in photography and videography. Subsequently, in 2016, he started a podcast called Mogul Motivation to empower and educate black and brown entrepreneurs. Currently, Mogul Motivation is on its 170th episode.
