The I F*cking Knew podcast is an absolute gem in the world of true crime podcasts. Hosted by the brilliant and charismatic Sarah, this podcast delves deep into unsolved mysteries and cold cases, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of truth. From the moment you hit play, you'll be captivated by Sarah's storytelling abilities and her relentless dedication to giving a voice to the victims.
One of the best aspects of The I F*cking Knew podcast is Sarah's ability to connect with her audience on a personal level. She shares her own experiences and emotions throughout each episode, creating a sense of intimacy that makes you feel like you're right there with her. This vulnerability adds an extra layer of depth to the stories she tells, making them even more impactful and memorable.
Another standout feature of this podcast is Sarah's meticulous research. She leaves no detail unnoticed, diving deep into police reports, witness testimonies, and expert analysis. Her attention to detail is commendable, as she pieces together the puzzle of each case with precision and determination. It's clear that Sarah truly cares about uncovering the truth and bringing justice to those who have been wronged.
However, one potential downside of The I F*cking Knew podcast is its occasionally graphic content. Due to the nature of true crime stories, some episodes may contain explicit descriptions or discussions that could be triggering or uncomfortable for sensitive listeners. It would be beneficial for Sarah to include content warnings at the beginning of these episodes so that listeners can make an informed decision about whether they are ready for such material.
In conclusion, The I F*cking Knew podcast is a must-listen for any true crime enthusiast or anyone interested in uncovering the mysteries behind unsolved cases. With its captivating storytelling, personal connection with listeners, and meticulous research, this podcast sets itself apart from others in its genre. Despite occasional graphic content, Sarah's dedication to sharing these stories with authenticity and empathy is truly admirable. Prepare to be hooked from the first episode and eagerly await each new installment of The I F*cking Knew podcast.

Tonsil stones are known to impact 10% (probably closer to 20%!) of the US population — this common yet overlooked issue primarily affects women. Sydney Forbes was frustrated with the lack of education and options for people dealing with this issue and is empowering individuals to take control of their well-being by breaking the silence around this taboo subject and creating her own category within oral care. After earning a degree in Bioengineering from Oregon State University, Sydney is now challenging the outdated, male-dominated oral care industry, with her fresh perspective and specifically designed solutions for removing tonsil stones. We talk about how Sydney started getting in touch with her intuition in college, how it led her to finding her business partner & the difficulty of being the one to navigate an unknown path. You can find Sydney on LinkedIn here or check out her website: https://tonsiltech.com/

Gabriel Van Guse is a father to two beautiful girls, Ella and Isa. Married to Claire— a beautiful and strong firefighter. UW graduate in philosophy. I had a dark memory from my past surface last week completely unannounced. One I've fucking avoided for the better part of 20 years. It came up during a walk around my neighborhood and I thought, “This is wrong. This isn't what I was trying to think about…” But this time, instead of backing away and being content with not exploring that pitch black corner…I walked towards it and stood there. Crying. Knowing I wasn't the only one there. Staring into the space…waiting for my eyes to adjust. I decided to work through my beliefs around this memory out loud and put it out on the podcast today to hold myself accountable, not just in the light, joyful work, but in the not so pretty side of healing.
