Literatur Springer-Journalist Robin Alexander erzählt in „Letzte Chance.
____________________ Dieses Buch steht im Zentrum der Folge: Juan S. In this episode of the Coach Approach Ministries podcast, Executive Director Brian Miller is joined by Travis Guse, who introduces his new book, Called2B, a discipleship guide designed to help individuals discern God's calling in their lives. Travis, who has served in various roles within the Southeastern district of his church body, shares how his book simplifies complex theological concepts into practical tools for everyday believers. The conversation also explores Travis's SIMPLE assessment—a new diagnostic tool for churches to evaluate their health and well-being. As Travis explains, the SIMPLE acronym stands for Spiritual Vitality, Impact, Managing Emotions, Purpose, Life-Giving Relationships, and Engagement. The assessment helps congregations measure both objective factors like attendance and financial giving, as well as subjective experiences such as emotional health and spiritual growth. Travis emphasizes the importance of not only taking the assessment but also engaging in coaching to process the results and implement interventions. This episode provides valuable insights for church leaders looking to strengthen their ministries and ensure their congregations thrive in a post-pandemic world. Have you ever wondered if you're burnt out? If you find yourself losing patience easily, struggling to sleep, losing drive and motivation towards goals and feel like you're generally going through the motions of life... burnout might be on the horizon (or have already arrived). It's no secret that many of us have reached points of burnout, but this is especially true for those of us raised with a "work hard, never rest" mentality that programs us to believe that rest is lazy and our stress and booked out calendars are badges of honor. But how do we move past this burnout and reach a state of balance? In this week's episode of The Money Love Podcast Paige is talking with Peter Guse, the founder of The Millennial Reset, an online community that gives Millennials the tools to heal from burnout, break free of generational cycles, and get unstuck. In this value-packed episode we are talking about what burnout is, what causes it, the signs that you're approaching burnout (or already there), and Peter's 4 R framework to move from burnt out to balanced. On the morning of June 13, 1977 a camp counsellor was walking to the showers area at a Girl Scout camp in Mayes County, Oklahoma, when she stumbled upon the body of one of the campers. It was soon discovered that all three young girls who had been sharing tent #8 had been viciously murdered and left on the trail. A suspect was eventually tried for the murders and was acquitted of all charges but new DNA evidence suggests he may have been guilty all along. This the story of Lori Lee Farmer, Doris Denise Milner and Michele Heather Guse, also known as the Oklahoma Girl Scout Murders.Patreon |https://www.patreon.com/Femicide_PodcastSupport My Podcast |https://www.buymeacoffee.com/FemicidePodcastFollow |@femicide_podcast on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/femicide_podcast/ @femicidepodcast on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/femicidepodcastHome Studio Equipment Used | Affiliate LinksBlue Yeti USB Microphone | https://amzn.to/2ShOMcrFoam Windscreen cover | https://amzn.to/38nriZaPop Filter | https://amzn.to/2Sjeu0vAcoustic Absorption Panel | https://amzn.to/39thLjcApple MacBook Pro | https://amzn.to/2OJip4cMusic credits |Ice flow musicMusic from https://filmmusic.io"Ice Flow" by Kevin MacLeod (https://incompetech.com) License: CC BY (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)Welcome to horrorland musicMusic from https://filmmusic.io"Welcome To Horrorland" by Kevin MacLeod (https://incompetech.com)License: CC BY (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)Information sources |http://www.girlscoutmurders.com/VICTIMS.htmlhttps://www.oklahoman.com/story/news/1985/03/28/jury-finds-in-favor-of-scout-council-slain-girls-parents-shocked/62769234007/https://www.oklahoman.com/story/news/1985/03/23/slain-scouts-dad-testifies-at-suit-trial-recalls-girls-exceptional-memory/62769752007/https://m.facebook.com/TheTearsOfLostAngels/posts/happy-49th-birthday-to-doris-denise-millnerdoris-was-one-of-three-little-girls-a/1023761654334132/https://thecinemaholic.com/where-is-doris-milners-mom-bettye-milner-now/https://images.findagrave.com/photos/2022/145/28836235_d8cf5f21-45d9-47e3-992f-74fcb55ad2bf.jpeghttps://www.findagrave.com/memorial/28836235/doris-denise-milner/photohttps://tulsaworld.com/news/local/Support the show

WBSRocks: Business Growth with ERP and Digital Transformation
Running manufacturing operations is not easy. But if you are running a machine shop that produces complex parts in short runs, the switch over time between jobs or additional time spent in bringing material to machines could have significant profitability and growth challenges. Also, if your data collection and entry is primarily manual, you might run into significant operations bottlenecks and might not be able to compete. What process changes could you make to your operations to improve your quality and reduce costs? In today's episode, we have our guest Matt Guse from M.R.S. Machining, who discusses the challenges associated with manufacturing complex parts in short runs. He also shares his insights into the process changes he made to his company that resulted in significant quality improvement and growth opportunities. Finally, he shares several stories of where he was able to save significant costs and grow his customers by simply replacing a material or improving the design of a part slightly. For more information on growth strategies for SMBs using ERP and digital transformation, visit our community at wbs.rocks or elevatiq.com.
