2Corinthians 12:9“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.”God offers you the kind of grace you need to keep going in spite of temptations, problems, hurts, exhaustion and conflicts. His grace is sufficient today, tomorrow and always. See how Jodi uses the acronym GRACE to explain this beautiful scripture.
Jeremiah 29:11“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. This is probably one of the most spoken, memorized relied upon scriptures in the Bible. Jodi dives deep into a testimony of how she saw God's plan play out right in front of her eyes. And it wasn't exactly a thrilling experience but her trust showed that his plans were and continue to be perfect.
There's a lot of scripture that shows you how to be a better person on earth. Basically that's the whole book of Proverbs. But this is a great scripture that shows us how we can concentrate on a better character and reap the fruits of the Holy Spirit if we flex the Holy Spirit more!Galatians 5:22-26 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.”
Your worldview is your collection of beliefs about life and the universe; the lens through which you view the world, or how the world is viewed by an individual or group. Essentially, it is the perspective on how your world view is interpreted.A Living SacrificeRomans 12 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.In this episode, Jodi offers Components to living a biblical world -view breaking down. Romans 12:1-2
It was only when Jodi started truly walking with Jesus that she realized that the Lord's prayer was a scripture that she had memorized and didn't even realize it.During Jesus's final days his disciples would come to him and say "Rabbi show us how to pray"! It was this beautiful, compact prayer that shows how we can connect to God and center our spirit and prayer. Our father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name. They kingdom come thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day Lord our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses. As we forgive those who trespassed against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
When panic attacks and stress were overwhelming, this was the verse in the Bible that gave a peace that could've only come from God!There's hundreds of verses in the Bible that tell you not to be anxious! So we can see that it is not God's intent. However, life is hard, and sometimes we lean of the world! But when we shift out of the world and into God and his power, through prayer and thanksgiving, we see the beauty of peace and harmony in our spirit.
Jodi's favorite life verse and quite frankly the scripture that has saved her spirit.Proverbs 3: 5-6Trust in the lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Acknowledge him with all your ways and he will set your set path straight!Jodi breaks down the importance of this scripture with understanding that trust is 100% and when we lean on Jesus and not the world, we see a clear pathway ahead.

What is the thorn in your flesh? Or do you feel like there's many thorns? When we walk with Jesus there's many challenges from the outside world but Romans 12:1-2 speaks very poignantly about how we should not conform to the ways of the world but transform our minds on Jesus.Jodis speaks through her studies sharing the cardinal yearning from God; for us to have a relationship with his son Jesus! The teachings of Paul show how he, as a vessel, had to implement a discernment to the people, the churches preaching for them to “stop following just the rules, and get to know our Savior Jesus!” Jodi shares that amidst those thorns we can find peace and joy through obedience and submission. When we start building our foundation on the foundation of Christ, that is where we see strength through our weaknesses. His Grace is Sufficient!
When God gave us a free world he knew that was going to come with some pain. Whether it's physical or spiritual. But he also sent his son to die for the sins of the world. Jesus's ministry on earth consisted of a healing ministry. Offering so much hope to help us through the pain of this world. In this podcast, Jodi speaks to pain and offers a great pair prayer (that she uses) that can be helpful when pain becomes too much to bear.

She wanted to share the message in a podcast because it is a message of HOPE which is where her heart is always led. She speaks about some of her early beginnings and walk with Christ and ends with tremendous Hope, Encouragement and HOW you can begin, maintain and thrive when in a relationship with Jesus.Focusing on the Serenity Prayer!GRANT Psalms 55:22 Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.ACCEPT Psalms 118:6 the Lord is on my side; I will not fear what can man do to me?COURAGE Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.WISDOM 2Timothy 1:7 God has not given us the spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.TRUSTING Psalms 91:4 He will cover you with his feathers.
