Scale of 1 -10 with 10 being the highest how would you rate your physical fitness, your mental health and well-being and your spiritual connection / mission? 4. In order to bring yourself into balance, what are 3 small things you can build into your day or week to ensure you feel the balance you crave? 5. Do you have mentors and if so, how can you use them this year in a way that will help you keep on track? 6. Who inspires you? What about them inspires you? How can you incorporate a piece of their inspiration into your day? 7. What organization or mission do you want to give to this year? 8. How can you use your time and talent to mentor someone who could benefit from your support? 9. What has been nagging you? Is there something you have yet to make progress on that would give you a great feeling of accomplishment? Is this the year you finally make it happen? 10. How can you bring more of the correct emotion to each task that perfectly fits what you are doing? 11. Do you need more time reading? 12. Do you need more time outside? 13. Do you need more time with friends? 14. Do you need to celebrate more for the small habits you keep? 15. Are there any places you would like to visit this year? 16. How can you make your staycations all they can be? 17. What would you like most to improve about yourself? 18. What lesson learned over the past year are you committed to remembering in this year? 19. How would other loved ones in your life benefit from you taking better care of yourself? 20. Is there a hobby you have been putting off that you are committed to treating yourself to this year? 21. How would you like to make celebrating holidays, birthdays etc. even more special this year? 22. Is there a special surprise you could give a friend or family member this year? 23. What are three steps you could take to ensure better financial health for you this year? 24. What already gives you a great release from daily challenges and how can you treat yourself to more of that in the new year ahead? 25.
