Blue light from screens block hormones that aid us to sleep. 3. Have a regular bed time.4. Have a bed time routine. 5. Do something relaxing like take a bath. Read a book. Do your nails. 6. Write down a to do list for the next day and keep it by your bed so you can jot down anything you remember. This allows you to brain dump 7. Journal before bed. Any stress or worries or negative thoughts that are preventing you from switching off.8. Drink calm drink before bed. Ditch the alcohol.9. Meditate or try breath work to help calm the mind.10.
