After trying different sports, Anna Nicholson settled on throwing the shot put. She told Allan Russell about her win in Paris. Image shows Anna sitting on the left as she's interviewed by Allan. Her blonde hair is braided and she's wearing Team Britain's white and navy hoodie and track bottom set. Her medal is around her neck and she wears glasses.

In the middle of the dusty, basalt plains of Central Queensland lies something quite extraordinary. Reaching the homestead complex at “Glen Elgin”, you would be forgiven for thinking you had been transported magically, to a faraway region where flowers grow in abundance and are tended to with love and dedication by their owners. That love and dedication, (along with trying something new!) is evident through Anna Nicholson's passion for the flower farm she has created alongside her husband Gill. Amongst their already busy lives on a remote cattle and grain property, the Nicholson family has created a niche business supplying flowers to local events and homes throughout the area. Anna's story will be sure to inspire you to ‘think outside the box' and to make the most of life, wherever you may live!
