On the latest episode of Syracuse Sports, Brent Axe, Javon Edmonds and Chris Carlson of syracuse.com make the case for and against Syracuse football extending the contract of head football coach Fran Brown. Brown won 10 games in his debut season as head coach, has shown remarkable progress in recruiting and the ability to attract and sign talent out of the transfer portal. Is one year of success enough for SU AD John Wildhack to be aggressive and lock in Brown to a long-term deal or should SU wait to see how Brown's second season as head coach plays out before making a move? Axe, Edmonds, Carlson and Syracuse Sports Insiders examine the reasons to do it now or to hold off a little bit longer. Music provided by Ginger Sling.
