Caleb David is a recent college grad with a construction management background, but his life has been flipped upside down over the last few years. He recently stepped into a role as Connections Pastor at Northview Church in Fargo, overseeing a variety of ministry areas including new believer follow-up, community outreach, and more. Caleb is passionate about Jesus and leading others into relationship with Him.In this episode, Caleb shares his story and talks about how God grabbed ahold of his heart in a new way during a summer internship in Texas. In returning, he felt God calling him to start a Bible Study with a group of college friends. In doing so, God lit a fire in the Fargo-Moorhead area. That Bible Study with friends has grown in to over 100 young adults pursuing Jesus together. We talk about navigating the challenges of being a new follower of Jesus AND carrying a mantle of leadership as well as the deep responsibility of influencing others.
