En mi experiencia, siempre es bueno conocer el origen de las herramientas que ocupamos en nuestro trabajo diario porque entonces al exponernos a los principios en los que se basa y entenderlos, puedes comprender mejor la teoría y saber cómo aplicarla y eso es lo que deseo exponer aquí: los principios sobre los que se basan los ciclos de mejora. Escucharás acerca del desarrollo del ciclo Deming y te mencionaré los motivos por los cuales yo prefiero el ciclo PHEA sobre el ciclo PHVA en el que está basada la norma ISO 9001.
