In this episode Shannan talks with Danielle on how she was brought to silence and on her journey she discovered what an importance poetry has played in her life to express the individual that she is meant to be. Danielle has learned to love herself and through this she started her modelling and acting career and wants to share her journey of self-discovery and self-love. Danielle's Information: I go by Passion The Lioness. I'm a Poet, Model, Author and Actress. I published my first book for my 30th Birthday. The title of my book is Danielle Unfolded. It's a book of poetry about my life. It's definitely real, raw and uncut. I've worked as a model for 9 years. These last few years I've been doing a little acting as well. I'm very passionate about what I do. I love inspiring people especially young women. I started writing because for a while I was lost in life. I wasn't confident about myself. I began to lose hope. I felt like I didn't belong in this world. Writing gave me confidence. Not only am I helping myself but it lead me to help others like me. I started modeling when the words became too much. I was tired of writing the same sad stuff. Modeling also gave me confidence. It makes me feel beautiful. It makes me feel like I am good enough. Acting is definitely a different kind of boost. I love the power to transform into the character. It's a special kind of energy. I love everything that I do. It challenges me to be greater. GOD has been my strength through it all. My goal is to be known world wide. To not only be a pretty face but to make a difference. I feel that if one wins we all win. I want to be that encouragement for the little girls who believe they aren't good enough. I am dedicated and determined to make my dreams come true. I will continue to make my mark in this industry. In this class, sound healer extraordinaire Danielle Hall helps you explore your shadow - the part of you that lies just beneath the surface, that layer you cover just enough to protect the wounded, sad, or isolated parts of yourself, that part we try to ignore and burry. You begin to work with the Shadow by working with Self Love. In class, you are going to be sitting in chairs, however it's recommended to bring a blanket, a few personal crystals you would like to work with, and a notebook. You have journal prompts and are led in a short guided meditation, with full sound bath. At the end of the session, there is time to journal, and for discussion around your experience. It is important to know that in order to repair, heal, and grow on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level, we need to have the courage to stand face to face with our Shadow, with confidence, and most importantly LOVE so that we can move towards the path of a more authentic and fulfilling life. Please be on time since this is a deep meditative process. Disclaimer: This is not recommended for anyone prone to seizures, in their first trimester of pregnancy, has hypotension, or schizophrenia. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer form.
